P2G75217693 An absolute failure of a company with no customer service skills what so ever. It's all robots. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.

I will not use this company again. They do not honour delivery guarantees Following a SYSTEM error at Parcels2go a parcel took 6 days to be delivered. I had purchased delivery guarantee but the company will not honour this. I will not use this company again. This is a very difficult company to deal with. All contact methods have been withdrawn from their web site. Why ?

If you are sending car parts, be warned, even if you pay for insurance, they won't be insured for loss nor damage. My parcel arrived only in half, damaged, although it was insured for value, P2G are not willing to offer any compensation because it contained car parts. I will never ever use this company again and will warn others in the automotive industry to do the same.

No confirmation email! They took my payment and didn't send a confirmation email. Rubbish. Stay away! You'll have to deal with bots and generic customer help questions which lead nowhere!

Shocking service. I booked a collection and drop off. I waited in all day and the courier failed to turn up. I contacted Parcel2Go who told me I would need to rebook another collection. I waited in all day and the courier failed to turn up again. I contacted Parcel2Go who told me I needed to rebook again. I asked what happens if the courier does not turn up again, I was told I would need to rebook, I asked how many times do I have to rebook before they realise they are unable to provide the service I paid for, they told me they do not guarantee collection or delivery. Shocking service, terrible customer service. Steer well clear of parcel2go.

Terrible service. Don't go for Next day delivery unless you're ok with it being delivered in 1-2 working days. Surely next day means just that ?

Where to start...just appalling service. We used Parcel2Go to deliver a small parcel from England to Northern Ireland. On behalf of Parcel2Go Hermes delivered to a DPD depot as they should (albeit 2 days later than the service paid for). The GPS shows it was delivered with a specific time, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic they aren't taking signatures so the word "BUSINESS" was typed in by the driver as it was delivered to a business address. A few days later we receive a message from the customer saying DPD can no longer locate the parcel but they are not liable as they didn't sign for the delivery. After chasing up Parcel2Go numerous times via Live Chat (no phone number, not willing to give out Hermes or DPDs number to speed things up) they say they will look into it. 17 days later I am still chasing up and have just been told I will have to make a claim as neither DPD or Hermes will provide any information. I'm not sure what relationship they have with the couriers they use but I'd have thought a simple email asking DPD who took delivery would have sorted this out in minutes. I'll now have to wait and see how long it takes for the money to be refunded...I won't hold my breath. They don't deserve a one star rating

Still awaiting for parcel stuck in the system since 16 May. Customer service keeps saying clearing backlog. It’s now 2 July. Tracking is useless.

Absolutely abysmal service, we will never use them again and will recommend that no one we know uses them. We were sending baby clothes to a friend, a box of about 40 x 40 x 60cm and it has been lost. It's not like it could slip through a crack!!! It took them weeks to get back to us and the tracking just said in the depot in Bristol for weeks. The box was only covered for £20 (our fault for sure) but who would be interested in baby clothes, shoes, nappy covers, knitted cardigans... To buy it all new...about £400. Absolutely infuriating. No explanations. We're about to try and get the £20 that the contents were covered for back. Based on other people experience of their customer services I do not have high hopes. DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO.

Parcel not collected 3 days in a row. Money charged then explanation is OUR SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED. Is that a f....ing joke or what??? No any contact option just chat. Looks like this is fraud company, money laundry business. They feel unpunished as well as they have no any respect to customers. Do not count you will get here any comments or explanations - they are just rude cheaters.

No customer service, a total idiot and passive and ignorance live chat, breaching GDPR, no tracking a claim, no feedback on the ticket in half a year. Do not use this service, if you must try only use it for searching and book parcel on the vendor's site. Now I am submitting the full history to the gov backed authorities and starting the investigation incl. GDPR, commercial fraud, etc. The result will be that the following people may be facing jail and huge fine until it goes nothing: Fil Adams-Mercer Richard Adams-Mercer Steven Kramer James Greenbury

Absolutely hideous - used twice and managed to misplace both parcels. One actually got lost, then found, then a week later lost again, never to be found!

Worst experience ever with a third party... I used Parcel2go to compare a parcel delivery as I consider it an easy way to get some prices. I ended up using UPS, 1 day delivery with drop off. So I dropped off my parcel, and after a week I received an email saying that I provided wrong sizes and weight to when I booked the courier and I need to pay from £9 an astonishing £55. Parcel2Go treated me like an offender even after I provided pictures with the box delivered saying that they are not regulated and don't have a complaints procedure in place. So, from a declared length of 55 cm and 10 kg, UPS measured it to 131 cm and 64kg without any proves. It's just above UPS's threshold to be able to charge you. I do not recommend Parcel2Go to my friends, as it took 7 days since the parcel was delivered until I got the email from Parcel2Go with UPS's claim and I needed to upload proves with size and weight of the box. Luckily the recipient still had the box with the label on it. Ref: P2G73406255 Maybe if I would have gone straight with UPS or any other couriers I would have had the notification on the same day. Next time I will go direct with the Post Office as it is the only trustworthy delivery company in my opinion.

Lost two parcels now, Can't get to talk to anyone as they only have an automated bot. Inpost were the carriers and their tracking data has it as held at depot where they lost it. Claiming compensation for lost items is also a joke..
