This is now my second review for the same thing. I posted a parcel with parcel2go on 22nd April it is now 4th June. The parcel is lost, i have cover for £20 on the parcel, i have opened three cases for a lost parcel and the first one was closed 4 weeks ago saying the parcel had been found then i waited and nothing arrived, i then tried to open another lost parcel case to be told i wasn't aloud, i then went onto live chat and they said they had reopened it for me to which i never had any conformation, so i left it a few days and went back on live chat to be told the agent hadn't opened the case like they said they would so that agent reopened it for me and now just keep telling me to wait. I feel 6 weeks and 1 day is plenty of time to wait! I have just been on live chat to discuss this and was again told to wait and then parcel2go ended the chat before i had chance to reply. I am livid as there is no other way i can contact them and no other way to complain. MY PARCEL IS LOST! REFUND ME THE DELIVERY COST AND THE COST OF THE ITEM IN THE PARCEL. YOU HAVE NOT FULFILLED YOUR SIDE OF THE DELIVERY AGREEMENT. I WILL CARRY ON WRITING THESE REVIEWS UNTIL SOMEONE EMAILS ME TO SORT THIS OUT!!!

Package wasnt delivered I had to refund the buyer. You just keep asking me to provide evidence of non delivery when I have shown Ebay giving the refund. Hermes confirmed it wasnt delivered. Why is the onus on me to prove it wasnt delivered. The onus should be on you to prove it was delivered.

Where do I start. The only thing that went right was the collection at the time stated. Delivery was guaranteed 21/5/20. Still not delivered. I have had online chats every single day since to find out what went wrong. Kept telling me they would get back to me in 1-2 days that happened once. Only to be told to contact UPS in SA. No help whatsoever. Would never use parcel2go or UPS ever again and would also make sure everyone I speak to know how bad the service is

Disgusting. No contact details at all. Only way forward have issued a small claim against them. They won't like that!

Cant contact Parcels2 go for refund. Phone lines unavailable, no email address. Decided best option issue small claim, very easy to do and not that expensive. Let's see how they like that?

Never and never come back again parce2go , they charge me 14 pound for delivery for 1 week waiting but not delivery to my address and they send back to sender , my item broken . Dont do them service

I returned a sink and pedestal via this lot and TNT. Both arrived smashed. I won’t get a refund despite having the items insured because, apparently, these types of items are on their ‘prohibited list’! Who knew??? I won’t use them again, nor will I use a service that uses TNT as they are very careless in the way they handle goods

My parcel to S Korea was not delivered and eventually was returned to me several weeks later, but no explanation whatsoever and no refund of my £23.65. The contract between us was that they would deliver my parcel for the agreed sum of £23.65. Despite opening “an enquiry” a month has now gone past and I have heard nothing. I want my money back.

Wish I could give minus 5. Worst experience. £ orders, no collection. Chase them around for refund. This compant is a scam. DO NOT I repeat folks DO NOT USE. This is the 1st time I've ever written a bad review. I believe they don't care and show it. Scraping the barrel. Should be on Rip off Britain and Wacthdog, to expose who's behind this scamming unrealiable company.

There are no words to describe be unnecessary existence of this company they don’t actually exist - they are only there to take your money the service is outrages - next day delivery hasn’t been delivered a week later and not a phone number or a contact in sight! Disgusting!

This is truly an appalling service. I wonder is this a scam? I booked and paid for a parcel collection/delivery and although I got an initial 'confirmation' online, there was no email confirmation; I could not print labels and my parcel was not collected at all (surprise surprise) Now, 3 days later I am trying to resolve it, no help line, useless help pages and an even more useless 'chat' bot. I have tries to rebook but it doesn't recognize my initial confirmation number I will never use this service again and advise against utilizing this 'service'

Quite possibly the worst customer I have ever experienced. Went on their help centre webchat wait nearly 2 hours to be told what I already knew from the tracking information 🙄 impossible to chat to a real person. Attempted delivery .... really and told to collect from the post office but no information on which one.... smells funny to me... it will put me off using a company that uses this service for delivery !!!! Using resolve complaints to sort this out, thankfully used PayPal so I know my money is save but I feel sorry for the small business I purchased from Will have to chase these computer generated advisors for their money 😏 shambolic

Sent 4 parcels from the UK to Australia via Parcel2go on the 23rd of March 2020, it is now the 27th of May 2020! Parcels are still in the UK and Parcel2go response is "Coronavirus" reordered the goods 5 days ago and sent via UPS and guess what the parcels arrived in Australia 5 days later!!! someone is telling porky pies and it ain't me. I reckon this company will go into liquidation soon as it would be impossible for any company to last with such a bad service. Now how can I make 3k cover the lost packages as there is no chance of getting money back even though I had full insurance?

Sent a parcel on 22nd April still not delivered or found. Reading the reviews this seems to be a common problem. Wish I had bothered to read them before using P2G/Hermes. Suggest you avoid like the pandemic.

One star is being generous with this dreadfull company,customer services are the worst I have come across,they lose a parcel yet somehow lay the blame on you and consequently refuse to compensate,avoid like someone coughing.

I was given no tracking number, customer service is abysmal and when I mentioned ta the delivery slot said Monday (they claim it's not due until Wednesday) I was told that's not true.

Careless with my package, destroyed 2 items in a row beyond repair, won't honour the insurance offered as on the exclusion list, along with nearly anything and everything else you might want to post. Be careful, you can basically only send paper through this company if you want insurance and your parcel to arrive at its destination in 1 piece. Pay extra to use anyone else.

How can a business operate when 15% of reviewers rate it bad. Think before you use them. Yesterday another email fro P2Go, which confirms the reality of the service against what the marketing info promises. Quotes “We are not always able to reply or chase our customers but we try to do our best” “Parcels in transit go through a lot of checks and they go to different depots, sometimes it could happen that they go missing” BUT, no information on the results of the investigation, and therefore what happened to my parcel. P2Go appear to be happy with their Trustpilot review, however, of the Circa 48,000 who have left a review over 9000 rate them average, poor with 15% saying Bad. If you add this to all the other feedback review sites/platforms it’s hardly something to be proud of. Appreciate some things can go wrong, but the sign of a good company is putting things right and fast, something P2Go fall well short of. So my plea is Can I have the details of the investigation when P2Go lost MY property. Not an unreasonable request Parcel2go have requested Trustpilot remove my review. Payers silencing the service provide because they do not like the truth being shared
