Parcel not collected 3 days in a row. Money charged then explanation is OUR SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED. Is that a f....ing joke or what??? No any contact option just chat. Looks like this is fraud company, money laundry business. They feel unpunished as well as they have no any respect to customers. Do not count you will get here any comments or explanations - they are just rude cheaters.

No customer service, a total idiot and passive and ignorance live chat, breaching GDPR, no tracking a claim, no feedback on the ticket in half a year. Do not use this service, if you must try only use it for searching and book parcel on the vendor's site. Now I am submitting the full history to the gov backed authorities and starting the investigation incl. GDPR, commercial fraud, etc. The result will be that the following people may be facing jail and huge fine until it goes nothing: Fil Adams-Mercer Richard Adams-Mercer Steven Kramer James Greenbury

Absolutely hideous - used twice and managed to misplace both parcels. One actually got lost, then found, then a week later lost again, never to be found!

Worst experience ever with a third party... I used Parcel2go to compare a parcel delivery as I consider it an easy way to get some prices. I ended up using UPS, 1 day delivery with drop off. So I dropped off my parcel, and after a week I received an email saying that I provided wrong sizes and weight to when I booked the courier and I need to pay from £9 an astonishing £55. Parcel2Go treated me like an offender even after I provided pictures with the box delivered saying that they are not regulated and don't have a complaints procedure in place. So, from a declared length of 55 cm and 10 kg, UPS measured it to 131 cm and 64kg without any proves. It's just above UPS's threshold to be able to charge you. I do not recommend Parcel2Go to my friends, as it took 7 days since the parcel was delivered until I got the email from Parcel2Go with UPS's claim and I needed to upload proves with size and weight of the box. Luckily the recipient still had the box with the label on it. Ref: P2G73406255 Maybe if I would have gone straight with UPS or any other couriers I would have had the notification on the same day. Next time I will go direct with the Post Office as it is the only trustworthy delivery company in my opinion.

Lost two parcels now, Can't get to talk to anyone as they only have an automated bot. Inpost were the carriers and their tracking data has it as held at depot where they lost it. Claiming compensation for lost items is also a joke..

I booked a parcel through parcels2go to be delivered by hermes to birmingham only 40 miles away. Tracking stated del refused, then req. to be ret. to sender neither TRUE.after the w/end marked as del & signed for, not true . HERMES had put the wrong address to send back to me. THREE WEEKS after i found my item for sale on ebay, this person said that hermes had del. my parcel to him. AFTER spending £15 on getting it sent to my buyer & phone calls. HERMES NOR P2GO WILL PAY ME> BEWARE

Parcel was returned undelivered as apparently Hermes couldnt see the huge sign with the residence name on (correct address given). I then tried to get a refund. It took ages to get through to customer service, they agree to repay you. You then get an email saying they were going to investigate. Then this week i get one saying that as i had not sent any documents the case would be closed. I emailed back and said that i had never been asked for any. I sent off a copy of my invoice, today i get an email saying the case was closed. Them and Hermes are con artists, they pass you back and forth with no intention of repaying. I ended up taking the parcel myself as it was for my 91 year old Aunt. Rubbish companies use at your peril.

It's been now nearly a month since I sent a parcel with this dodgy website. I thought there is no worse customer service and support than Parcel Monkey, but here you go. Tracking stopped the next day after I dropped my parcel to a drop point and no money, no info, no refund, no compensation, NOTHING. a month??? seriously, in XXI century after a month they are unable to chase B2C courier to get info about the parcel has been "lost"? Couriers know exactly what parcels they can "lose" seeing code P2G. I'm going to sue this company. Point 8. of their terms and conditions. SHAME ON YOU P2G!

The worst online platform for having your parcels delivered. If you have anything worth delivering pay a little more and go to the actual company like DHL or Fedex, that way if something goes wrong at least they can help you. Parcel2go does not have a real customer service that can help you and their contract with delivery companies does not allow the company to raise any questions with them directly. However as a customer when tracking undelivered parcel, they just apologise and tell you to go back in 48 hours to see if they have managed to ship your item. Thus unless the complaint goes through to parcel2go from customer, the actual delivery company can't do anything, but parcel2go does not raise the issue with delivery company. Thus, if you can't get to lodge an inquiry with parcel2go then how are you supposed to resolve the issue? Pay more directly to the actual company and you would at least be able to get in touch with them and have them held liable for anything that goes wrong. Parcel2go has held on to my parcel for a week at Stansted and refuse to update or let me know when it will delivered.

Don't trust them with your parcel - if they lose it, they will do nothing to help you and lie about giving you a refund. They do nothing to get into contact with the couriers

Don't use this company. Gave full details for pick up of an eBay purchase from a company premises with manned despatch area. Notification that they couldn't pick up the package. Had not tried. Another day same thing. Kept checking the tracking and was the same on the 4th day but got a message from the seller that it had been collected! A few days later it showed as being in my local despatch centre. Also spoke to p2g who confirmed this. A few days later it was delivered to the seller again. She gave up and refunded me. So the £100 speaker I bagged for £23 was lost. Bearing in mind I was working from home and was in the house all day every day we know they didn't try to deliver. Emailed. Complained. By the time we figured out that the P2G hadn't logged it as a claim for a refund they said the 28 day deadline for the reclaim had passed. Unbelievably incompetent. If they respond with an excuse I am happy to post all of the screenshots emails and chat transcripts. Zero stars or negatives unfortunately not possible. Let's see if this review is flagged for review by them... they don't want the truth to come out.

Extremely poor customer service.  Im a small online retailer. My usual daily sales was 50-60 parcels a day. Recently my sales increased to over 200-300 items a day.  We use to use Royal Mail but found Parcel 2 go offered Hermes who worked out cheaper for us. The worse decision i made was to use Parcel 2 go. I received an email saying i was now a VIP customer and had quick access to their 24hr chat and could request a call back if ever needed. I integrated all my selling channels to Parcel2go. Their server is so poor. The website crashes and can't do more then 60 orders at once. That was the least of my worries. I had isssues with so many parcels have labels that could be scanned. Everytime i contact them they say they will look in to the matter but nothing comes of it. I have to chase around and still nothing happens.  I have had so many parcels lost die to labels not being correct. Okay, i understand the courier may be at fault but that is not my burden to bare. Iv specifically bought from parcel2go so i have another layer of security and someone who will be able to look after matters witht he couriers if and when matters go wrong.  But Parcel 2 go just never resolve anything. I constantly get told i will be called tomorrow for issues that i have on a daily basis. I wait and wait and wait. No one calls. I ask the 24hr chat if in going to get a call to which they tell me i can requesta call back again if i want. Iv been waiting for a call on 79 issues iv had with them for over 2 weeks.  Service is atrocious. Never use if your an online/business seller.  I think they are only good for sending the odd parcel here and there. They shouk6d not advertise their integration services to other sellers as they will only be ripped off and be told lies. Cannot cope with business sellers. Unless you are sending less than 20 parcels.  Absolutely shambolic and useless service from a company that has no other job to do but provide a service. I have now thankfully shifted away from P2G and only use them for a very few parcels a day.  Waste of time and money.  This company has only made me think of opening my own rival website after all the research i had to do in delivery due to their incompetence. BEWARE P2G. IM COMING FOR YOU!!!!! AND WILL DEFINABLE PROVIDE A BETTER SERVICE THAN YOU!!!!!!!. JUST WATCH OUT. A FLAWED COMPANY THAT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES.

DON'T BE STUNG BY PARCEL2GO.COM! Having sent many thousands of parcels over the years through them, I have stopped, and my advice are:- 1 – DO NOT USE THEM 2 – DO NOT LEAVE MONEY IN THEIR PREPAY ACCOUNT A lot of the parcels I sent through them were for UK deliveries by Hermes, along with non-UK deliveries by other couriers. From 2017, I started receiving demands for extra payment for some Hermes UK deliveries, on the ground of under-declared measurements or weights of the parcels. Typically, no specifics would be provided as to how the under-declarations were arrived at, but just the amount to be paid, along with an administration charge. I sell only HP print cartridges on eBay, the measurements and weights of all my items can easily be verified by identifying the product sold per the eBay listing, and the specification shown on the HP web site. When this happened, I simply provided them with the said information, and they would waive the charges demanded claiming it was a goodwill gesture to a very loyal customer. I have hence NEVER paid even one of such! Yet, such demands have become more frequent in 2019. Having to provide the details to counter their demands were time consuming and very annoying. I have therefore decided to switch ALL the Hermes UK deliveries from October 2019 to eBay, and to Hermes directly as well. Eight months and hundreds of parcels later, there was NOT A SINGLE DEMAND of under-declared measurements/weight from either eBay or Hermes. In the meantime, I kept using parcel2go.com for my UK non-Hermes as well as foreign deliveries, until yet another demand for a Fedex delivery to Australia in March was received in April, weeks AFTER tracking showed the parcel was delivered. Up till then, I had never doubted parcel2go.com, and thought it was simply Hermes’ mistake for all the previous demands. Using the tracking number, I phoned Fedex, and was told by their customer service agent had there been an issue with the measurements/weight being underdeclared, the delivery would have been withheld until the underpayment was made! I then started looking up online to see if other people had similar experience, and found to my amazement the numerous complaints about this very unscrupulous practice by parcel2go.com as the means to top up their profits:- https://real-deal-blog.com/2015/12/18/parcel2go-and-hermes-overweight-parcel-extra-payment-required-rip-off/#comments And this is ONLY from those who care to reveal such dishonest acts! The actual number of victims will be many times more when those who wouldn’t bother, and those who would think the claims were genuine are put together. When I challenged parcel2go.com to come up with the calculations of how the additional payments was arrived at, they wrote back to ask me to provide information to prove that my parcel was correctly declared, or have the recipient to send a photo showing the actual size of the parcel, despite it having been delivered weeks ago! As I was furious by their having abused my trust in them over the years, I just provided the above link and insisted that this time, THEY would have to come up with the proofs to support their claim. Two months have since passed, and they have still not replied so I think I have given them enough time, even under this pandemic situation, to come clean on this. DO NOT add funds to their prepay account as the amount of any such dubious claims would be frozen until settled. They have also refused to refund the charges paid for a lost parcel, as if it was okay for the shipper to pay even for a failed delivery! Anyone still thinking of using them should read the comments on parcel2go.com at:- https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.parcel2go.com https://www.complaintsdepartment.co.uk/parcel2go-uk/

Shocking. Do not use. Very poor in regards to refund on Insurance. Packaged delivered damaged and missing items. Good communication but then after multiple emails backwards and forwards, spending time taking photographs of packaging and items. Showing replacement costs and filling out their paperwork. Parcel compare then want an original receipt for my goods bought years ago even though I've shown them the replacement costs online. Could have said from the outset and saved me a lot of time. Don't waste your money using them. Go with a more reliable company where Insurance actually means insurance...

Used this company for years as it was easy but everytime there is a lost parcel or damage they make it as hard as possible to claim if you can actually get hold of them. Sent a parcel and they smashed it in half. A Karcher carpet cleaner how hard is it to do that! Offer the £200 compensation but not the £19 I paid for the privilege! Use a company that values customer loyalty!

How this company is still allowed to operate let alone able to make any money is beyond a joke, the ineptitude knows now bounds when it comes to this shower of S*** always blame the couriers, on the odd occasion the courier is at fault they then wriggle of their "Pay extra to guarantee your deliver day or get your fee returned in full" Will never use this shambolic bunch of clowns again!!
