“FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!
I contacted police who are not interested they say its a civil matter regarding a disagreement of the weight of a parcel however this is much bigger than one parcel, this company is stealing thousands upon thousands of pounds from vunerable customers.
I sent a 15kg exhaust the dimension were exact, i was given a quote of £35 to send it next day delivery via UPS, 11 days later i get an email saying the parcel weighed 40kg!!! And that it was 6kg over my stated 34kg weight???
I have never stated any parcel ive sent is anywhere near 34kg and my exhaust (fujitsubo rmo1a) weighed exactly 15kg packed.
This company has now forced an idditional £54 charge ontop for an outragious claim,
An say they will steal it from my bank in 7 days time if i dont provide pictures of proof from a parcel sent and delivered 11 days ago!?, i am absolutely shocked beyond belief to see how many others they have done this too, reporting it to the police will do nothing its a 'civil matter', as far as im concerned this is fraudulent, they are purposely setting out to lie for financial gain, all funds have been blocked by my bank, if this has happened to you phone your bank immediately and seek a solicitors help,

I have phoned UPS who have confirmed my parcel weight was correct and there was zero issues hence it being delivered successfully, UPS are now aware of ParcelCompares scam and their fraud team is investigating it with forwarded evidence.

IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED ONE OF THESE BOGUS EMAILS AND YOU ARE SURE YOUR PARCELS DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT WAS CORRECT CONTACT THE COURIER YOU USED DIRECTLY NOT PARCEL COMPARE, FIND OUT IF THE COURIER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PARCEL IF NOT THEN ASK YOUR COURIER FOR A FRAUD EMAIL ADDRESS YOU CAN FORWARD THE EMAIL TO.
IF YOU USED UPS AS A COURIER VIA PARCEL COMPARE FORWARD ANY OF YOUR BOGUS EMAIL CHARGES TOO

for them to add to their evidence, if you are unsure wether to believe this is a genuine email address please phone UPS directly and ask them if its legit and they will tell you it is,

“Waited an entire day for my parcel to be collected, but it was a driver no-show. I contacted DPD to be told that no information re. my parcel had been forwarded to DPD from Parcelcompare. I cancelled immediately (having read a string of negative reviews and the abysmal way this company deals with its clients). Re-booked with DPDlocal, who collected the parcel 10h later. Customer care (use this term loosely) full of rubbish. If they take 1p of my original fee that I will be taking them to the Small Claims court. Avoid!”

A week after depatch I contacted Parcelcompare as the website had “returned to shipper”
Despite this no one had contacted me to inform me where my were documents.

“This follows a previous review by me - just to add that, on top of regarding parcelcomapre as a scam company, my advice would be to arrange parcel delivery direct with a carrier...when arranging via a 3rd party such as parcelcompare, if there's a problem, neither parcelcompare nor the carrier will accept any responsibility - parcelcomapre will blame the carrier and the carrier will say that, because the delivery was booked via a 3rd party, they can't deal with it directly, you have to go back to the 3rd party company (who then blames the carrier!!!). So, as you can see, a nightmare ensues where you get caught in no-man's land and cannot resolve the issue!!!!”

I was desperate to get a parcel delivered from the UK to Spain and came across express 1 day delivery with TNT via ParcelCompare; oh dear, I wish I hadn't!!!...
I booked the delivery and paid the significant extra for the express delivery. The parcel was collected ok by TNT.
I checked the tracker the following morning fully expecting the parcel to be on its way to the destination only to see that the expected delivery was 3 days!!!
I contacted ParcelCompare to ask why - a string of emails ensued (as usual, no way to actually talk directly to anyone) and all they would say is "We apologise for the inconvenience...the parcel is due to be delivered in 3 days." I even sent a snip of the booking form I received from them showing the 1 day delivery - ignored.
Well, you guessed it, ParcelCompare would accept absolutely no responsibility and just kept repeating that delivery was due in 3 days with no further assistance or attempt to resolve the issue.
Their 'Customer care' really didn't care!!!...Should be renamed "Customer don't care"!!!
I now realise that it's a scam - you pay for express delivery but they book the significantly cheaper delivery option and pocket the difference.
Also, you can only complain by writing a formal letter to them - how many have bothered to write a complaint letter?? Another way of making people think "Is it worth it?" and then not bother which leaves them off the hook - designed that way!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!”

They took over 24 hours to check a post code; couldn't find it and so changed it to one 10 miles away. Beyond hopeless.”
“I had a similar incident with parcelcompare.com. I knew I was right and after many emails exchanged I was eventually charged double for the package I sent. So I went to HM Courts and filled out the online form and explained what evidence I had. Within a week I had the overcharged amount returned to me PLUS the 25 GBP court fee !!
How simple was that ??

The worse company EVER!
The worse company EVER!!! I've arranged a parcel to be picked up for my doorstep and the courier never showed up! I ended up using a different company and asked for a refund. It's been a week I am emailing with a dude from customer service and it looks like it is impossible to get a refund!!! Firstly he has suggested to cancel my order, when I tried to do so, it came out there is a cancellation fee! Ridiculous! After he has suggested I use their service again, so they can use my money toward the next order! I couldn't believe it! Then he has sent me some useless links with an information about cancellation. USELESS!!! It looks like they play games so people give up! I am still emailing them and i will not give up! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!”
“This company have cheated me out of 42 pounds. They couldn't deliver my parcel, they supposedly said the parcel was refused twice, to which I am very sceptical about now. Then I was I told to pay additional 36 pounds for the return of my table and chairs, or I was going to have to pay storage charges daily, which by the way was so badly damaged its was unrecognisable. I asked for a receipt to which I had no reply. Please stay clear of this company. Useless, unprofessional, company zero stars.parcel Compare should not be trading, how many more bD reviews are set on them and how can they treat us all like utter rubbish and no customer care.”
“Avoid, no telephone numbers for customer service and if you book the deliver through parcel compare the courier will not speak to you direct. Next day delivery took 6 days, admittedly this wasn’t their fault but because TNT refused to speak to me directly it took a lot longer to put this right. I then had my refund refused initially saying I had addressed the delivery incorrectly when I hadn’t and then after it was refunded I had an e-mail saying I owed a further £10 because the parcel was over weight (it definitely was under the weight I advised by .8 kg)
Altogether a stressful experience and whilst the person who replied to my e-mails was courteous and helpful the lack of phone support and refusal to call me means I would never use them again.
I have also found it impossible to leave a Feefo review which they seem to have an abnormally high rating on, look ANYWHERE else for reviews and you will find almost all of them are poor. But would I have left a review if it all went to plan? No but I don’t normally go out of my way to write bad ones unless it’s deserved and in this case there were numerous reasons that their service fell short.”
“I needed my parcel to be picked up from a clinic in London.I have received a notification that my parcel was picked up and it is on its way to Austria, so I thought perfect.
After a week I have not received my parcel so I emailed Parcel Compare and they said that the parcel was not picked up as there was no parcel to be picked up. I knew it was a lie as I knew 100% my parcel was Ready at the clinic as I received dimensions of my parcel from the receptionist so I could arrange my actual delivery.
They had my contact Details, Details of the clinic but there was no email, no telephone call, Nothing.
I cancelled my delivery with them but you have to pay cancellation fee, i guess that is how they make their money.
I will never use them again as it is scam.”
“Scam company, avoid at all cost. There is a cancelation fee even though there was no booking with a courier. There also is a re-booking fee which doesn't make sense if it is their fault. Again, do not use this "service". If it smells like scam, be sure it is one.”

“Paid this shower £102 for delivery from Manchester UK to Toulouse, France. Delivered by TNT so all went well. 4 days later received a demand for a further £95 for a 'so called' shipment weighing - wait for it -324 kilograms. If you deal with this lot be preparedto cancel your credit card before they can take the money without yoour permission and be prepared to go to court. Is this a mistake or old fashioned fraud like the car hire credit card later debit scam or jus a systems error. Coincidentall the Paypal payment option was corrupted and no receipt was issued, just the shipping tickets. Anyone else had this, write/email directly to TNT frauds at their head UK office at Edinborough, ring to get the name of the email recipient. Can't say more as the shipment is being investigated, right now.”
