“Driver lied about having made delivery. Not our signature on card but amazingly the driver specifically remembers leaving the package on out front door - five weeks ago. PF originally said GPS showed the driver had NOT been to our address on the day, now they are claiming this was a mistake. What was definitely a mistake is using Parcel Force. My feeling is they are protecting their driver, even though they know he's in the wrong. £400 worth of goods gone missing.”
“We sent an important package, so we paid for the most expensive, fast and secure service, paying more than £100 pounds. We were told it would get there in 2 days. Two MONTHS later, after more desperate phone calls and emails I want to remember, in which no one bothered to find out why the parcel was not delivered, it was unexpectedly returned to me, with the precious contents destroyed. I emailed to ask for a refund. Instead I had to make a claim online, which involved making an acount and filling out countless details (one would think a tracking number should be enough) on their confusing website. I finally got an email, saying my claims reference number is ........ (there was no number). Without this number I cannot track my claim and now three months after sending the parcel I still have no refund. There was no reason why the parcel should not have been delivered. All address details were correct and it was a normal, very well wrapped box.
I seriously have no idea how they could have made this experience any worse. It ruined so many of my days as I was trying to deal with it.”
“Worst ever courier service hands down. My parcel arrived in the UK on the 28th of November and now it’s the 19th of December and still haven’t got my parcel coming up with loads of excuses one day forgot to submit papers to custom clearance another day sorry error on the system we will deliver tomorrow which never happens ... I am really surprised that this company still in operation.”

Even when you pay for express delivery, 7 days after you package is still not with you .

“I would give zero stars if I could. Nightmarish service! First parcel delivered was damaged and the things inside although securely protected were smashed ! The courier didn’t even call that they were going to come, neither text messaged. And delivery is between 7 am - 6 pm - I guess I’m supposed to be stuck at home all day? What is more the second parcel (next day) was not delivered because the courier came in the morning when the status on their tracking service showed “at the depot”, no text message, no call before. I was upstairs and he didn’t even rang a doorbell, just knocked every quietly (I have a Ring and CCTV so I could see exactly what it looked like afterwards)! He waited 30 seconds and left!!! I spotted a notification in my app one minute later and called the Parcel Force but they said they can’t call the courier as he left the area - this is ridiculous. It looks like they don’t care if they deliver your parcel or not! Now I have to travel a long way to collect this parcel from their depot or wait till Monday because the courier is incompetent !! I would open the door, he could rang the bell as normal people do or call me on my phone ! They have my phone number (now I’m wondering what for) It’s hard to sit at your window all day. And for the previous damaged parcel I will demand a compensation too. Outrageous company”
“i live on the first floor of a two storey building, the driver wont bring the parcel to my door step. when i call there customer care the lady said there driver is not allowed in the building that i need to come outside to carry the parcel”
“Incompetent company that lies to its customers about them 'not being home' (aka they're too LAZY to deliver). They deliver late despite paying them for specific times, or they'll damage or lose or even STEAL your mail. What's the point in a delivery company that doesn't deliver? I thought using their services was a contract between me and them, but clearly it's only me who has to stick to my end of the contract. Entirely disappointed with ParcelForce's mediocre service and will be telling everyone I know to not use them. Had the company been truthful, this would have all been fine - I could have emailed my customers to let them know, but instead ParcelForce's let-down, has caused ME to be a let-down. ParcelForce doesn't seem to know what truth or morality is. Shame on you.”
“Idiotic woman on the phone..I’ve just asked her a question after waiting 30 min on the phone, she continuously asked me 3 times if I’ve got a tracking number. So I’ve answered “no” as I haven’t. When i tried to continue talking to her, she hang up on me.

“my mum sent a package 3 weeks ago to Sweden it still hasn't arrived we were told it is in Sweden very rude staff even hung the phone up on me we got help here to track it and it still hasn't been sent or gone through customs here so no Xmas presents from grandma this year and paid extra for faster delivery complete waist of time and money”

“I was expecting a delivery so i asked my husband to not leave the house on the timeline given for delivery. An hour after the timeline my husband about to go out he found the parcel on the door way. He messaged me and i checked my email, it was deliver after 10 in the morning. Signed by the driver himself (got no complaint about that coz of the pandemic) but leaving my parcel unattended which is full display to the passing public is not acceptable.
Please hand the parcel to the person not leaving unattended. Thank you!”

Parcel force are excellent at over promise and under deliver. They are good at letting you wait all day and never turn up. Of course they don’t inform you either that they’re not gonna be delivering. Why do companies use them. Still no delivery”
“I waited at home all morning, then receiving a text saying
'We attempted to deliver your parcel on Thursday 10th December 2020 at 11:34 but no one was available. Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next'.
But the driver never rang the bell and didn’t leave a card, so I don’t know what to do next.
There’s no customer service to talk to. This service is appalling.”
“You can pay for the posting of a parcel at a post office, but when you are entitled to a refund due to late delivery you need to go online and complete a lengthy registration and refund claim process. I was advised that I would then receive a cheque! for the refunded amount.... I am still waiting.... I cant help but think this refund process is made harder than it needs to be to stop people bothering applying for money they are due... very poor show.”
