They've had a bog standard package in their useless hands for over one week now stating delivery address issues, despite them delivering to the self same business address every day of week. Eventually got through their customer service system and spoke to a real live person who said it would be delivered today. Still waiting. Should be renamed Parcelfarce.”

“I sent a Christmas gift to the UK. It was supposed to arrive by Dec. 13. I found out it's been held at Coventry (even now-which is Dec. 21). I found out they are charging 26 pounds because the item is coming from outside the EU. I told them I would pay because I don't think recipient should be charged to receive gifts. I asked how/where I can pay but totally ignored.
They ruined someone's Christmas and left me so angry and disappointed. Why even charge me "handling fee" when they are not handling anything at all? This company is very rude, customer service is terrible, not professional, not reliable, I will avoid them like a plague.”

“Company paid for a express 48 hr delivery. We waited in all day today as tracking said out for delivery today and required signature. Not arrived and checked tracking and states returned to depot. May not even get tomorrow. Will be 72 hours !!!! Not impressed !!!!”

“Very slow and unreliable service. I had to take the day off work to receive a delivery. Was stuck at home all day waiting for the parcel to arrive and it's 6pm and no delivery yet. Called customer service and was on hold for 20 mins and then someone hung up. I called again and waited another 20 mins until a very rude lady answered and was not helpful at all. She gave me another number to call to reach the depot in West london, then she just said that if I didn't get it before 6pm then I'm not getting my delivery today. I had to take a day off for this delivery. I was put on hold for another 25 mins until another guy answered, his name was Josh or Joshua (not an English accent) i started explaining to him the situation but then he just hung up on me. AVOID this company at any cost. Very unprofessional and unreliable. You would be better off with ANY other service. Total waste of time.”
“I waited in all day from 7.00 am for a delivery (there is no delivery slot) which didn't happen, even upon phoning at 5.00 that evening I was told that it would still be delivered. The next day when looking at the tracking it said that an attempt had been made to deliver which was an absolute lie as I knew I had been in all day, also there was no card put through the door. When phoning customer services I spoke to the rudest man ever who told me that I cannot say there was no delivery made and when I said no card was put through the door he said "we have run out". They would attempt to deliver again that day but I said I had to go out and couldn't wait in all day again and was just told it was tough! Rude, rude, rude do not use this unreliable couldn't care less company when there are others out there”
“Received a text message to let me know, parcel hadn't been delivered as nobody was in, confusingly I was actually at home at this time as I had been all day awaiting delivery of this item. So I phone to ask what is going on, first call left my number to be called back to be updated on what was happening, second call (after not receiving a call back) was told I would be transferred to talk to the depot, then the phone line was cut (hung up on me), third call I was finally transferred to the depot and ensured that it would be sorted.... I am now writing this review as nothing has been sorted, did I mention that having been told that a card had been placed through my letterbox to instruct me on what do to next, there was no card as even if delivery was attempted, it was clearly attempted at the wrong hous, how can you deliver to the wrong house in this current technological haven, they do realise a sat nav takes you to a house, you know so you make sure you have the right place... anyway I do hope I receive my item before Xmas otherwise it is money wasted, I hope that parcelforce sort themselves out but seriously doubt it, with all the complaints I wonder why companies persist with using them to deliver their items.”
“Euro priority from UK to Greece. Supposedly 4 workings days delivery. On the third day it was being exported from the UK. 10 days later is still being exported from the UK. On Monday it will still being exported from the UK for the 15th day. All of that for a parcel containing an expensive guitar with 64 euro posting fee.
Way to go Parcelforce! I just hope that guitar is not "lost" aka stolen. According to the reviews i read EVERYWHERE worst company EU”

“Had one delivery date. No delivery they lost Parcel. Another parcel ordered and fixed delivery date. Said they tried to deliver a day earlier but they didn't. I was in and they left no card. Had to fix another delivery date. Identical problems last year. Terrible company.”
“The delivery guy couldn't find our address, which is ridiculous, didn't even try to contact me. For the third attempt he left my package at one of the locations that I suggested. Obviously, there is no card as he couldn't find my address and now I have to find out to which location did he drop the package. Genius.
After more that 2 weeks from the expected date, it would be nice to finally have my package.”
