“Remain the worst courier even after all these years. No text updates. No real time tracking. And farcical handling.
Door buzzer goes off for two milliseconds. By time I get to the door, PF have vanished. No card left. Arrange re-delivery to my home on 18th Jan. Redelivery in theory needed that card. Try entering the 'REDxxxxxxx' redelivery confirmation number in tracking; doesn't recognise it. Enter the original number. See that they claim to have tried to redelivery on the 16th. I requested the 18th! They then take my parcel to the local PO for pickup which a) requires the further non-existent card b) costs me £ AND of course, no notification they dumped the parcel at the PO. Abysmal. Avoid at all costs.”
“Absolutely disgusted!! Sent a really expensive package to my Father, in plenty of time to be there way before Christmas.
They broke my parcel. I saw this in tracking and they just sent it directly back to the post office I used.. not advising me on this either, just sent it back and I took the initiative to check and see.
The website is appauling. They lady on the phone advised she was unable to help me and to do it online, despite me telling her I am having trouble doing it online.
I constantly have to chase my claim for my money back and it has been way over a month. I still have not received any compensation.
Not only did they not deliver their service, as my item never even reached their destination, they broke my package. The state I received my package in, is absolutely outrageous!!
They have lost paper work I have sent in and claiming I never sent it. My items were worth well over £100 and they can only offer me £50, this does not even cover the cost for the items, which they broke, let alone the sending fees.
My Father ended up with nothing for Christmas from myself and is a poorly man. There were also documents inside which have been completely destroyed. Any compensation for that? Nothing.
The customer service is appauling and I am so disgusted with the service, if you can call it that, that I have received!!! I still have no resolution from this company, when I do, the emails are illiterate with incorrect spelling. Lazy writing with no willing to listen.
Do not use this service!!!! Use DPD instead.”
“Falsely claimed that they had attempted multiple deliveries before finally claiming that they had succesfully delivered the parcel - provinding a falsified signature as ”proof”.
Will avoid them and any business/operative that uses them as courier service.

“I would give them Nil stars if possible... I had a parcel collected before Christmas 3 hampers for a client... Fragile written all over the box... I even said to the man collecting it was fragile.....I paid extra for the insurance... the value of the parcel was £200......The client refused the parcel because it was completely smashed.... They are now refusing our Claim... saying it wasn't packaged properly....Obviously nothing could withstand been thrown about in the back of their van......I will never send anything with them again.... Absolutely disgusted”
“I would probably give 0 starts if possible. I never had any problems with delivery except this company. 2 years ago it took me 2 months! To get on hold Christmas gift for my husband. Now I've got email that it was attempting to delivery of my parcel to my workplace where was no card left in the door. I've phone company and arrange post delivery in my local post office. Have beef there twice. No sign of my package. Call them again. This time I was told that on my package are writen two different addresses. No, it's one address! And lovely lady on the phone rearrange delivery to my workplace with info to leave it on the post office if unable to deliver. So today after again I've waste 30 minutes in the que on post office to find out is nothing for me there. I've called 3rd time today to be told that no one in depot done anything about messagees which telephone helpline left. So my package is still in depot which o they probably expect me to collect as obviously that it's look like when you pay for delivery. It's soon gonna be month as I'm still don't have my work clothes which I payed for and delivery long time ago. Strongly not recommended!”
“Apparently they attempted delivery twice before, never once leaving a card to say they had attempted delivery. Someone was home most days, so I suspect they didn't even bother to ring the doorbell.
I arranged re-delivery for today, waited at home all day and nobody turned up! Checked the online parcel tracking and again it says they attempted delivery today - they did NOT! I was home all day and again, no card left behind!
On a separate occasion they delivered my item to another address, and another time, I received someone else's parcel which they have STILL not picked up despite repeated requests! All these issues have taken place in the last 3 weeks.”
“I can't believe they are still in business. I stopped using them in my own business long time ago but unfortunately other businesses are still using them and I have to deal with them because of that. They don't bother to redeliver even if you order a redelivery. They insist that I should go to my 'local' post office which is situated quite far and is closed in the evenings and weekends. But I wouldn't be able to pick my heavy parcels anyway. I asked them to redeliver, they promised but by some reason decided not to bother and sent my parcel back to the sender. I urge all the businesses to stop using them, this service is a disgrace. There are many much better alternatives!”

“DISGRACEFUL COMPANY - used the company to send a televisioon and it was completely ruined, looks as if it's been stood on in 3 places and now being told that there's nothing they will do as compensation even though when posting we were informed damage would be insured and "not too worry" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
“My delivery was sent to the post office, however it was under the wrong name so I could not collect it. Customer service were very helpful and nice to immediately offer me a redelivery at no extra cost.”
“Worst courier I have ever dealt with. Ordered a gift for delivery on 7/1 and received an email in the afternoon to say it had been delivered and signed for by me even though I had not. No note had been left through my door and when I rang the depot they said it may be one of the neighbours although they couldn't be sure which one. The driver came back on 8/1 and led me round to the back of one of my neighbours houses and the parcel was outside their back door not in anyone's property. I queried who had signed for it as it's outside and he was quite dismissive which means he must have fraudulently signed it as being delivered to me.”
“Parcel posted 18/12/18 P/F 48 did not arrive till 29/12/18 When tried to put in a claim they said they could not see were it had been held up .When we were tracking it every day it sat at the hub for 3 days then they ask for reference no they know you will not have. Thing is we posted a parcel the same day to Lithuania with UPS it was delivered in 3 days . Even being Christmas that was totally unacceptable this is now2019 not 1919 .”
“Ordered a small item from Switzerland. It took 2 days to get to the UK via another courier. I then received an email from ParcelForce (who cover the last leg) giving the next working day as a delivery date.
According to their tracking it has been sat at their depot in East London ever since.
So far, that's 4 times longer to arrive than it took for it's 560 mile international journey.”
“They are lying and dishonest. Today I received a text at 9:54 am saying delivery will attempt between 10 and 11. Be there and open the door at 10 sharp. Nobody. I log into their tracking system, the system says already tried to deliver at 9:43 (is this a joke?) text received at 9:54 and be there at 10:00. They said they left a delivery card, full of lies. No cards at all. 11:30 I log into the system, wow, the magical record has changed the attempted delivery time from 9:43 to 10:02. Parcelforce is forging their delivery record. Hahaha luckily I have printcreen and found the liar. Terrible service and ruin my day”
“Absolutely awful company, waited in all day for delivery which said eventually would be delivered between 18.10 and 19.10, I thought they were delivering late!! Turns out they finish at 6pm!! Tracking said was on industrial estate near us at 4pm, then tracking stayed at another property / road near us 5.40 onwards, next thing is updated tracking says parcel returned to depot , tried to deliver / left card !! LIARS !! In all day. Tried phoning depot x 3 times and cut off each time after 3 minutes!! Appalling company . I shall e mail the company who ordered from and advise them not to use them in future. Don’t hold out much hope getting through to depot tomorrow either as is a Saturday . Useless company”
“Don’t waste your time or energy with this lot. I’m only giving one star because you can’t give a score of zero.
We’re on holiday and needed to post items internationally. Got told the driver could bring printouts as we don’t have access to a printer but company was a complete joke from booking a parcel to be sent. Customer service via online was so unhelpful it took an hour for them to cut and paste responses we’d already read online.
They were supposed to pick parcel up between 3.30-5.30pm. They came at 1.47pm when no one was home and didn’t phone or email to advise. We only found out because we called the call centre at 5.20pm. Whenever we called the call centre or depot we were on hold for 15-20mins. When we got told they’d rebook a pick up they couldn’t advise us to when and wouldn’t call us to let us know but we had to keep checking the website. What kind of service is that?? Trying to cancel the booking was almost impossible . Unsurprising. Company’s probably run by ineptitude at best and a bunch of crooks at worst.”

“Left a card to collect at post office but sent it back to Stoke called at post office 3 times after being told it would be there but wasn't after contacting customer car (sic) told parcel would be redeliverd waited in all day and wasn't delivered recontacted customer care and told it was at post office went there and postmaster told me parcel was on a van all the time and the cost of this rubbish service circa £60'00”
“Very disappointed with this parcelforce services. Firstly, I paid for my parcel custom charges on 12/21/2018 to be released and delivered along with the next day arrival to my door step for 12/22/2018 so I can take my small item I bought for a Christmas present back home for my girlfriend. I paid an expensive 41.37 pounds and I received nothing. I was told over the phone (how I also paid for services at this number (0344 800 466) that hours for delivery were from 8am-2pm. I woke up at 6am and stayed until 2:30pm and left a note via mailbox because I had a appointment in the city centre before I left for heathrow airport at 7pm. I usually don't contact companies or write bad about them but I'm not asking for my money back I'm demanding getting a refund back for my purchase of the services I didn't receive along with my shipment being delivered when I arrive back on the 4th of January.”
