“Unbelievable how they want to show they are not aware of the fact riders don’t attempt to delivery parcels or i don’t know what to think about their riders. They sent a message saying they attempted to deliver but no one ever came. Obviously you have to lose your time to call numbers and speak to people to have another delivery for the next day; and if they say they will contact you back after sending a message to the rider (their procedure doesn’t allow them to call the riders apparently), don’t believe them, you’ll have to call again, explain everything again and finally, but unfortunately, you’ll have a delivery for the next day. Great service”
“The first time Parcelforce attempted to deliver the package they advised the post office was closed which I discovered was not the case after speaking to the post office. The second time Parcelforce attempted to deliver the package I waited in all day to then be advised by Parcelforce that the delivery was refused by myself when in fact clearly no attempt to deliver the parcel was made.”
“I had arranged an international shipping through Parcel Monkey and PW was the courier used by them to make this transfer. Two days after collection -which was fast and the staff very polite- 1no. box was returned to the initial address cause the label (provided to them by PM) was duplicated and they couldn't send. They left it with me to contact PM and resolve, they wouldn't take ANY responsibility for having the labels and scanning them in the first place.
Two weeks later I am still awaiting a solution, while the box is left at my old address.
Very poor customer service and lack of coordination.”
“Worst delivery company. I found out where my parcel was by randomly ringing Irish delivery companies to see where it was. I also had been at home all day when they apparently called which they didn't. No contact details. Would not use again.”

“We use Parcelforce as business customers and have a business account with them. They fail constantly to collect parcels from us here in Manchester. We pay for a 24 hour delivery service and parcels only reach our customers within 2-3 business days. We have made constant complaints to Parcelforce but they are not really bothered. As of this Friday it will be the last day we use Parcelforce as we are moving to DPD. We used to send 100+ items on a daily basis with them but the service is worse then that of Yodel or MyHermes. It is no wonder that Royal Mail share price is sinking.”

“The main problem with ParcelForce is the amount of time taken to sort the items and move them on to the next stage. The last few packages I have received have all spent over 24 hours in the national hub. Collection and sorting also adds 1 or 2 days. On the plus side I notice that "out for delivery" usually is efficient. Over 4 days for a main route ParcelForce! How come DHL manage this in under 24 hrs?
Estimated delivery was Monday but the small package arrived Wednesday.
Package was undamaged and had not been bashed around.”
“After sending my parcel to UK from NZ I saw the reviews on Parcel Force - most of which were negative. Long delays, charges etc. Needless to say it was worrying. I had sent a parcel and it had arrived within 2 days from pickup in NZ to UK. It then spent 6 days in Coventry.
Whilst we are all quick to respond to negative situations it is also important to respond when there is a positive outcome. This was my first experience with Parcel Force and I was quite impressed with their response once I had contacted them with my concerns.
I decided to email Parcel Force on NZ Sunday evening. I also called their Customer Service when they opened. The lady was polite and explained it could sit up to 3 weeks in Coventry. Shortly after calling them, a response to my email arrived which was prompt. It was a polite email apologising for the concern I had and informing me my parcel was through customs and on it's way to a local depot. Tuesday morning the parcel was delivered. Albeit 1 broken item and one slightly squashed box (didn't damage item inside) which could have been damaged at any point between NZ and UK.
Well done Parcel Force.”

Complete rubbish courier provider.. no customer service or attempt to resolve issues . Inconvenience caused .. please avoid this farce of a company!”
“The new driver been to the wrong address and even left the card on what to do next to the wrong person. When I called to the depot they told me that he was willing to come today for the delivery, but in the truth I waited for nothing because he already finish his job (5,30 pm when the deliveries should be untill 6pm) and he will come tomorrow. At the end I waited ALL day at home for NOTHING.”
