Message received from Parcelforce at 16:33 to say "We attempted to deliver your parcel UG7690764 today Friday 13th September 2024 at 16:33pm from ***** but no one was available. Our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next." This is an outright lie. (1) We were gardening in the front garden all afternoon and the delivery person would have had to pass by us. (2) The is no Parcelforce delivery person on the 24-hour security camera. (3) There is no Parcelforce delivery person recorded on the doorbell camera (only the Amazon delivery person). (4) A miss delivery card was not put through the door as Parcelforce claimed. The lazy Parcelforce delivery driver clearly wanted to bunk off early for the day and decided that they would tell a lie so that they could do so. Disgraceful and deceitful behaviour. We order regularly from the firm sending the parcel and they are a reputable family firm. Sadly the courier firm that they use currently (Parcelforce) is the pits, and is letting them down badly.

Shame of you - you're a disgrace ! 24 HOURS delivery booked, no attempt to deliver, no cards left. Reschedule for 2 days later to collect the parcel from the local post office, no information. Checked the tracking number and the parcel is held in Beckton with no information. Shame on you you thieves !!!

ACCOUNT HOLDERS BEWARE! Outrageous "Zonal" surcharges for northern ireland. A whopping 175% of the base charge! Plus a £4 Handling Fee for also going to NIRE. When challenged, i discovered that Retail Customers through their own website (Parcelforce.com) - Do not get charged this 175% Zonal Surcharge 130x30x30cm - 27.5KG - 66.78+VAT (Account Holder) 130x30x30cm - 27.5KG - 20.20 Inc VAT (Retail Customer. Thats 75% MORE to send as an Account Holder that spends ££££'s Monthly. Same Parcel, Same Address, Same driver that collects. Pathetic response, with seemingly AI Generated responses. Will be moving my account with another firm unless they can justify this.

Parcel force global priority is a robbery service! I sent a parcel to Nigeria which worths £300 since 3 months. It did not receive the destination and i don’t know where it is. Website tracking is not updated and customer service on phone/email confirms its arrival. After reading all these reviews, i wonder how law enforcement in UK did not take any action towards what’s going on!!!

This Company should not be in business, I ordered parts for my car, never turned up the website is useless no accurate information, I will never ever use this rubbish courier again!

The worse company like i ever see The worse company like i ever see - EVERY SINGLE TIME WHEN I ORDER SOMETHING AND THIS COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY PARCEL TO ME - I NEED TO WRITE 10 emails and 20 phone calls . They broke heavy solid glass bottle of alcohol from Serbia . They loose My tyre - They make process of 48 delivery to 5 day’s , They loose and find parcel .People on depots usually have broken all windows. They do it that on row if situation one after another. If someone ever will be doing case against them - I will sign Regards Roman Kobialka

Parcelforce has not delivered to my house for the 30 plus years I have lived here. The deliveries get dumped at various locations with no notifications. An absolutely terrible company who should not be allowed to trade as they will not deliver. Do not give them your money

This company will tell you happily that their drivers are allowed to leave parcels lying around and not ring the doorbell so someone can steal it freely. They won't even ask your neighbours or take it to a depot. Don't lose your money to them.

Avoid parcel force by all means possible! They make imaginary deliveries. You never see their vans or drivers even when you’re at home all day waiting, then they end up updating as ‘ATTEMPTED DELIVERY’ I would give a -1 star if it’s possible 😭

Not notified when the parcel is out for delivery,no tracking number left on the first delivery and then when you do try and track the parcel the tracking is useless. This company is so far behind other courier companies.

Paid for delivery but they made no attempt to leave. Could have left with my neighbor or in a safe place. Ended up paying £1 more to leave at my local post office which is 2min away. Should have arrived yesterday but it’s still at the Depot which is miles away. I would avoid using Parcel Force in the future, very poor service compared to other courier services.

We urgently needed to send some stock to our distribution centre the USA. Parcelforce offered a 1 day delivery service. It was nerly £200 but the stock was required urgently. After 4 days, Parcelforce had failed to deliver. So we sent more stock using DHL because parcelforce was fobbing us off and asking for paperwork that had been attached to the parcel itself. DHL made the delivery - no problems at all - within 4 days - and CHEAPER!! Now two weeks later, we are STILL waiting for Parcelforce to deliver. The following is the latest response from Parcelforce who have proven they do not give a monkeys about customer service; "Good afternoon Paul. Thank you for your email. Please accept my apologies regarding the delay. In regards to the delay in your shipment being delivered, it is the senders responsibility to read our terms and conditions. We have had a suspension of guarantee in place for sometime now. https://www.parcelforce.com/conditions-of-carriage Please accept my apologies. Kind regards" Now, we have got to look at what our options are against Parcelforce. What I can say is - do NOT USE THEM - they are a completee and utter rip off.

I would go zero stars if I could, the stated a delivery time and was over 4 times that and when I put in a complaint, they pointed terms and conditions that they could not guarantee international delivery. Their business ethic are remain at best sketchy.

I was supposed to receive a parcel today. I got a message early morning with the options for the parcel to be delivered at a neighboring or post office. I chose post office as the parcel I was getting contained fresh produce. Guess what.. the drive ignored my request and left the parcel in front of my door… My husband and I are getting home very late so the chance of the food to be spoiled are high… when I contacted customer service I was told a driver won’t go back as they have followed their policy… Why are you giving people the option for different delivery location when you will ignore it.. Customer service was no help when I asked and asked again for this case to be escalated I was disconnected from the chat.. “thank you” Gemma for your “help”..

Completely unreliable. Do not pay for their premium services as they will still opt to deliver it whenever they fancy. I will no longer use vendors who use Parcel force.

I bought a phone on EE website. Google pixel 8A. Paid in full no sim . Delivered from parcel force to the wrong address.the driver fromParcel force is apparently trying to get the phone back from the wrong house address. Unbelievable.he did not request any signature . House number completely different from mine . Not sure how why he delivered to the wrong address, how ?parcel force didn’t do nothing about it , I didn’t receive the phone and no refund has been made even if they aware of the situation. It is not a company you can trust and the service offered to their customers is ridiculous. Tracking number AZ5884895

I got ripped off after i trusted them with my money and was unable to get a refund of my money until i found the chance of going through the process of madacovi .co and i got all my money back with the help of madacovi. c o

Had a notification of 'delivery attempted' despite waiting in for this parcel and no one came to the door or rang the doorbell all day. The tracking stated another 'attempted' delivery was made the next day - not convinced this was a genuine attempt either as no one came to the property and no card was put through the door. Had to reach out to customer services to ask what happens next as no instructions were provided and received no further communication. Was sent a link to book a redelivery myself. Item was then delivered, but on a totally different day to the one I had rebooked?. The system feels quite disorganised and not simple or user friendly for customers. I asked Parcelforce for evidence of the two alleged delivery attempts, but they were not able to provide any, just apologised.
