“Do not use parcelforce at any cost there always happy to take your money though, but when things go wrong it’s another matter.
Packaged two lamps and shades with bubble Wrap and chippings they arrived both smashed, wrote fragile on the box. Even the boxes were severely damaged no care whatsoever.
They won’t pay out on damages given all excuses possible, I will never use this company again, and reading other peoples reviews , we are all in the same opinion. I would give no stars if I could. Very bad service.”
“After contacting Parcelforce about a missing parcel, the driver called round to retrieve it from my neighbours where he had left it. I don’t know his name but my delivery number was CB2910389 and I would like him to know his help was much appreciated”
“Terrible experience, the driver couldn't deliver my parcel twice in a row even though I had given instructions and I was in all day. For some reason today (Friday) they are not even reattempting. I had not even received a card with instructions and I can't find instructions on the websites. Talking to someone over the phone is difficult and also not very helpful.”

“Would prefer to give it 0 stars. I was told they had tried to deliver and had left a card. I never left my flat all day. They didn't try to deliver and certainly didn't leave a card. 3 days later delivery meant to be between 10-11 am. Live tracking went dead. It is now 2pm, no delivery and no way of finding anything out. Service and customer service appalling.”
“Bloody joke! They say they attempted delivery but never did. Called up and found out driver couldn’t find address. Rearranged delivery for it to still not be delivered. Rearranged again and the driver tracking was past my house and ‘apparently delayed’ what is the point of a timeframe if you don’t adhere to it. Called so many times and the apologies don’t mean anything as I still haven’t got my parcel”
“Would give 0 Stars. On the app, it gives you options to set up a safe space or leave with a neighbor. After the first attempted delivery, I did this. Yet they still ignored the instructions. If I want to change my delivery address to my work address where I will be they want to charge me £5.50, if I want it delivered on a Saturday the only day I am at home they want to charge me £12.00. If I want it taken to a post office they want to charge me extra as well. So I either have to lose money by taking time off work because they refuse to deliver it accept to my address with someone's home, or I have to pay extra delivery charges on top of the delivery charges I have paid with the seller. Disgusting and money-grabbing company. I will not be ordering from anyone that uses this company from now on. I always order online and never encounter these issues with any other companys.”
“Charged for Saturday delivery to a postcode where this service is not available. Attempts to have this difference refunded have been met with reasons that follow no logic.
The service I paid for was charged at £25.91 a premium of £16.02 on my normal 24hr service. They refuse to refund this amount claim the service was fulfilled within the time frame! Monday is not Saturday, the service wasn't available yet they take the payment and then won't give it back. Wasted so much time trying to get them to see logic, account will be moved to a different courier as soon as possible. Great friendly drivers, absolutely useless customer service! The guy who managed my account will not even respond to my polite requests for help with this matter.

“They came at 7.20 am. We were all in bed asleep!
They left a card saying that it could be picked up at a local post office - Baginton! This is not the the most local post office,and very inconvenient.
Now I have to arrange a re-delivery and be awake by 7.00 am on Monday - a 5 day wait!

“The carrier tried to knock my door and collect the parcel.
I went to the door immediately, less than 10 seconds. The carrier was gone even I kept asking if he was coming for collection.
Arranged collection again. The carrier was so impolite.”

“Putting a 1 star because won't allow a zero. Worst company I've ever had to deal with! I had a parcel coming from the EU, I NEVER received a letter with a custom charge, so the parcel was updated as being sent back to sender. I called them to intercept it and pay, and now it's impossible to know where the parcel is. The customer service are incredible unhelpful, every day I call with no updates from them or assistance, I asked to speak to a manager and never called me back. It has been 3 weeks since I purchased the item and I can't get a refund or the item. I continue calling every day with no resolution. PLEASE DO NOT USE.”
“Tracking system advised delivery was on schedule, then I was informed there was no one in to take the parcel. I was advised delivery would be attempted another day ( live plants being delivered). Several hours later I was informed the parcel was at a post office. When I collected it I was told the delivery driver for Parcel force had dropped the whole load off at the Post Office that morning with clearly no intention to do a round. Beware, tracking system is based on LIES. There was no attempt to deliver, no card, no intention to carry out schedule.”
“I had no choice as the vendor used them. I don't use them as a rule a friend of mine worked for them and said they break the packaging and check inside the parcels for valuables and if it looks good they steal it, he told me they all did it in full view of eachother I have had a fair few things never delivered. I loath them.”
