Worst delivery company ever in the UK! Please DO NOT use Parcelforce!! Disgusting terrible service liar company!!!

Redeliver requested waited all day never arrived and now 2nd time the same has happened even after going through to resolution department an absolute bloody disgrace

Goods paid for at Screwfix, asked parcelforce to deliver when we are in, they try and deliver when it suits them, ie when we are not at home. 2 times so far. Sat waiting in on the day we originally asked for delivery without ability to contact them as they close at 12;30 on a Saturday. Why do Screwfix use this company? Obviously managed by clueless staff.

Parcelforce is a scam! They lost my parcel all time and never care to call or to look for the parcel, too last to look the parcel at the hub.

These retards deliberately dont post a missed delivery card in the hope you pay £12 to arrange to pick it up.

3 times in a row the driver has clearly lied about attempting delivery. Called customer service. A call back was promised in 30 minutes. None was ever received. Customers of online shopping organisations that use ParcelForce are powerless, and ParcelForce staff know it, and take advantage of it. In my book, this makes them a bunch of contemptible crooks, victimising those weaker than them. If this seems harsh, how would you describe taking money from people and then offering no service in return? Isn't this theft? Shouldn't staff not only be fired, but be prosecuted for fraud?

Tracking says they attempted to deliver my parcel 3 days ago but I was at home all day and no calling card was left, so I am certain they did not attempt delivery. The parcel has now been stuck in the depot for 2 days and nobody is able to tell me if it is actually there, or when it might be delivered.

The WORST delivery company in the UK. I ordered a parcel to be delivered on a Tuesday which they apparently failed to deliver, then they tried again on Wednesday and there was still no parcel even though I was home all day waiting. They said they attempted delivery but no one showed up to my house and they just couldn’t be bothered to deliver it. It is now the Thursday and I STILL do not have my parcel and I do not trust anything they’re customer services says to me anymore. Also they had my mum pick up a parcel at their depot which was completely damaged with holes and rips in the packaging. DO NOT USE PARCEL FORCE.

All the dreadful reviews are totally true. I would give no stars if I could. They lie lie lie. Their tracking systems lie and their customer service is dreadful their attitude is shocking!!! I still haven't received my parcel even though it has been out for delivery the last two day!!!! How hard can it be!! I am beyond Angy and beyond frustrated.

Believe the reviews you read here... they are terrible to say the least. They lie about time slots when it will be delivered. They lie they left a card when they haven't even attempted delivery. Honestly just shut down shop if you can't provide the service you charge for. MyHermes is taking over and I can see why. They're cheaper, more reliable and actually do the job. You know.... they DELIVER!

They managed to lose an item, then claimed it had been delivered. No customer service, can't speak to anyone in person. I wonder who now has the goods?

Shockingly bad customer service. Paid for fast delivery for an urgent parcel and it never arrived, the driver came onto my street so his gps would record him being here and drove off, didn’t even try to deliver the parcel. I contacted the depot and they couldn’t care less. Having to take another day off to wait in

Useless wasters. No card left delivery not attempted. Searched cctv no van at all. Drove item straight to local post office only way I found out was by telephoning BT who the package was from who told me where the package was. Postal Farce never get it right. Avoid!!!

Pathetic 'delivery' service lazy self employed drivers. No cards left. Almost had to punch one on the nose after I caught him lying to me about a bell he pressed where the is no bell. Postal Farce more like. Double us less.

I made an order for next day collection and postal of a large item and paid said amount needed. I have security cameras around my house and a ring doorbell. I checked the tracking for it to say they tried to collect but no one was in but I was in all day and the security cameras saw nothing no parceforce staff mamber. So I contacted to be passed left right and center and no one to know what was going on and for all of them to trie and squeeze out of trouble. For the Aldershot branch to tell me they went to the wrong house the one 4 doors down from me who I am friends with and they would have told the staff member I live 4 door up but no. Because they never went to that address either. Problem is they have no complaints procedure from what I can tell or they just won't take the formal complaint on board because they are lazy
