The process from time of order was excellent . I was kept up to date with progress at regular intervals. Finally, I got to see a 3d image of my new pc. Delivery and packing was excellent and the machine is working flawlessly with all the peripherals I have connected to it. Mainly for MSFS2020.

Very pleased with quality of hardware, build and advice from PCSpecialist. (Recommended by my son, who did some shopping around a couple of years ago.) I'm not up to speed with modern hardware and I'm not inclined to spend time learning. I wanted quiet and lots of VRAM, and I got both. It's been a while since I had a desktop machine. The Fractal Define 7 case seems astonishing value. And the whole thing is quieter than my MSI laptop. If it does make audible noise under load, it's a satisfying kinda HAL9000 rumble that says 'meh' to whatever I throw at it. The first computer I bought with my own money (1992-ish, before the web had pictures on it) cost £1300 and had a 40MB hard drive and 1MB of RAM, half of which wasn't even used by most software. I've done computers from end-user to programmer to procurement and all the coprporate works. I quickly felt comfortable dealing with PCSpecialist due to the sensible configuration options. Generally, you need to put in a bit of legwork to determine what you need and to get it at the best price. But even if you can't be bothered with the legwork, I don't think PCSpecialist will lead you astray. (Do poke around in their various configurators. You might spend more than you intended; but equally, you might avoid spending more than you need to.)

The PC i have ordered is OK but not great. The way the GPU has been positioned is terrible, they've put it in way that if i want to add more fans on the top side of the case i have relocate the whole GPU and if i move the GPU i have to change the position of the cables. And speaking of cables the way the cables are managed is terrible. So many zip ties its ridiculous, it needs only on 3-4 places and they've put like on 10 and in order to add an additional fan on the front panel you have to trace the cables from the main fan which is mission impossible. Overall is OK, but if i consider building a PC I'll be looking elsewhere.

My son bought this for himself and wasn't sure what he wanted. Going through the build online was easy and good that if things didn't match he was told to pick something else. When he received the computer it was easy to set up and he loves the colours that are bright when it is dark It is so much faster than his old computer.

Great build - I initially thought the CPU fan mount was broken but it turned out to have been partially unclipped - either by vibration or snagging on the packing material. GPU support bracket was a bonus I hadn't expected. Initial setup was fine but Win11 update a mess as it seemed to want to 8 or 9 updates at once insisting that these had already been deferred. It stalled at 65% on latest major version. Restarting according to the minor update prompts didn't help. Chkdsk reported uncorrectable errors and DISM stalled at around 60%. Reset via recovery console (Shift - shutdown) ran but dumped me back to the login prompt without changes. I have been here before with Windows update so did a fresh install which ran and applied upgrades without problems. Sorry about the saga but I hope it helps someone downstream, Jim

I make videogames for a living & I need I've been using PC Specialist to supply my work PCs for almost a decade now I just got my 4th. I've had off-the-shelf PCs from most big names and though they're fine, it's hard to get specific performance components or prioritise what aspects of the machine matter for your use cases without modifying it after you buy it, a process I always find stressful as it's super easy to buy incompatible parts. I've had custom PCs from DELL they're not much better - also they seem to be geared up to only treat their big corporate customers well. PC specialist offer completely custom builds, I can prioritise exactly which aspects of the machine I want to, and I know that if a component is listed in a drop down then it will definitely work. If you need advice then their business support people are super helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable too. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a PC.

I found the whole experiance to slick without any dissapointment at any point. The cost of the built, tested and shipped desktop PC to be pratically the same as if I had purchased the components myself. This is before you include the warranty! The updates throughout the process were excellent and the speed of delivey was outstanding. Everything worked perfectly on arrival and I would not hesitate to recommend PC Specialist or use them again.

PC was built exactly as I specified, and was quick to ship as well, even was able to track it with the links they provided. One small thing - I didn't wish for a graphics card to be installed on it as I already had one, but the manual that came with the PC didn't actually instruct how to open the other side of the case that I was using. Otherwise, clear and optimised service and the 3D scan of my PC being built was exciting to see too, thanks PCSpealist!

We put together this laptop at the suggestion of my nephew, who is a gamer. The service and the price are really great. The computer is slightly slow on opening software, such as Adobe suite and the touch pad is not very reactive and the battery doesn't seem to last very long.

I was advised to used a PC builder and I finally accepted because my old production PC was well past its time and struggling to keep up with all the new programmes/software for video/pics. After searching through many websites, I came across website of PCSpecialist, I ordered a custom production computer for my work. Their website helped me in choosing the components that best suited for my needs and that was EXCELLENT! I was kept informed at every step of the build process including a preview pics of the built PC. The delivery time given was earlier than expected. Overall, this is an outstanding service and an excellent final product too. The delivery and the PC is AMAZING!!! I will definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to get a new PC build or upgrading.

I was advised to try a PC builder company after I finally accepted my old workhorse of a gaming PC was well past its prime. PCSpecialist happen to sponsor one of my favourite Twitch streamers, BreaK. I checked them out and was attracted to one of their pre-designed gaming builds. Any email correspondence I had with them was answered promptly and the ordering process is transparent and clear about stages of the build and timescales involved. Overall, an outstanding service and an excellent final product. Will definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to get a PC or upgrading.

The choice of systems offered by PC Specialist is excellent. I tried to find a desktop from usual well known stores but none had enough disk storage apart from a few very expensive gaming systems. I have 1000’s of photos and need 2TB. The config option offered by PC Specialist allowed me to select a modest performance desktop but with enough disk space. I was informed at each stage of the build process and delivery - well organised.
