“Great experience with the wide range of enclosures available (I needed a specific size to fit below my workstation), the menus to tailor the specification, straightforward order placing and tweaking design, progress updates including 360 degree image of P.C. as being built, speedy turn around, faultless delivery service, well packed and protected, up and running well and no issues and excellent value for money.”

“I have known of PC Specialist for about 5 years, as my son in law ordered one about 4 years ago on my recommendation which he still uses daily. It is my turn now and would not buy from any other company. Your website is easy to use and detailed. The laptop I purchased built to my specs and no bloatware arrived on time and is perfect for my needs ie fast processor and a large hardrive for my thousands of pics and would recommend your company for anyone buying a pc or laptop many thanks”

“Excellent, easy to use website, enables you to design exactly what you want. Good communications keep you informed of the progress of the computer through the various stages. No Welcome Booklet included but customer services emailed me an electronic copy immediately after receiving my email.”

“The website is easy to use, very nice layout of the options when picking the parts for the custom pc build, the only thing I didn't like was not being able to pick whether I wanted the name brand over the cheaper product e.g. Graphic's card choosing Nvidia but being told to have Zotac instead because its the same product but cheaper because its not a name brand. Unfortunatly I have not been able to play with my new gamin PC as it is Christmas present, but I am very eager to set up and use it as soon as I can”

“I ordered from the pre-built section of the website which is generally so much simpler when you haven’t much knowledge in hardware. Once the order is placed, you can access the portal at any time to track your order super easily. The communication through-out is done via email and was top notch because it meant I did not have to check in every single day for progress manually. Information was sent out and delivered within 14 days of the order - a little patience is required but you will not regret it when it arrives. All spare parts, leaflets, warranty and extras from PC Specialist themselves are provided for after care and upgrades. Really good service and haven’t had a single issue with the PC since I’ve had it. Software comes preinstalled but does not come preconfigured so ensure to check the Nividia Control Panel (or other) to tweak to your performance needs. Thanks again to all at Pc Specialist for creating such an opportunity.”

“Easy to configure the PC we ordered on the website, and when we had a few questions along the way great to get quick answers via the online chat. Once the order was placed it was easy to see how it was progressing, and regular emails kept us updated”
