“I paid for the 1 day dispatch and was skeptical such a service could be adheared to but I was pleasantly proven wrong. I loved the 3D scan i received it got me so excited for my new build. I then received my PC, plugged it in and it works perfectly, like a dream. The whole process, the updates, the cable management, the delivery process everything was just great. I wanted to thank you for providing such a non headache inducing service, amazing work.”

“This is a very well built Intel based PC. Over the last few years I have bought 6 PCs from PC Specialists. All have been excellent, and the original PC is now about 12 years old and still going, with the only "repair" being I had to replace the CMOS battery. I firmly believe that buying a good quality PC represents good value in the long term. The negative this time however, is that I was extremely disappointed that when the PC arrived it had no Bluetooth. When I contacted support for clarification I was told that this motherboard does not have integrated Bluetooth, and I did not spec a Wi-Fi card that usually includes Bluetooth. I was unaware of this, and annoyed that the final spec did not highlight this, indeed Bluetooth is not mentioned at during this design stage at all. I liken this to buying a new car and it arriving without a steering wheel as I had not specifically requested one. Bluetooth, like a steering wheel is just assumed to be "part of the device". I didn't specify a Wi-Fi card as I use ethernet, so in my opinion the final summary should highlight that my PC would not have Bluetooth. I am confused as Bluetooth does appear in the device BIOS. An offer to send a Bluetooth card maybe at a reduced price would have been appreciated, but to me the main problem is that the lack of Bluetooth should have been highlighted at the design stage. This has left a sour taste, and although I have been very pleased with my Specialist PCs over the years I may shop around for the next one. All for the want of clarity - very sad.”

“Pc specialist had a range of amazing parts and selection for me to choose from and most importantly offered finance which is why i ultimately bought the pc. The cable management was great and everything was as expected. The only bad thing i would say was too much Microsoft office bloatware was installed and it took a while for me to get my pc but other than that, everything was amazing.”

“I’m very happy with this purchase. The PC arrived right on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. It’s exactly what I expected based on the description and what I have selected in the builder interface, with no surprises. Setup was quick and easy, and it’s been running flawlessly since day one. Performance is smooth and reliable, everything works amazingly whether I’m gaming, working, or multitasking. Definitely a great buy, I’d happy to recommend PC Specialist!”

“I’d been thinking about a new PC for a year after six years with my previous one, but I never really understood about to go about it. What enticed me to PC specialist was unlike other places I’d looked at, PC specialist had you select the parts I wanted and notified you if a component needed changing, which made the process much simpler and of course building it for you as if I’d built it myself I would’ve broken it most likely. It was also very fairly priced considering what I’d brought. I am also appreciative of the updates I received throughout the whole process, it arrived all in working order and now I can enjoy all my owned games in ultra without issue. Needless to say I know where to go when I eventually need the next upgrade.”

“Ordered my second PC from PC Specialist last month after the previous one from them which had done well for the last four years needed a refresh. Order was built and shipped to me within a week and arrived ready to switch on and go. Can't see why I wouldn't come back here again in another four or so years for the next one.”

“Just a quick note to say thank you for the service I received from PC specialist. This is my third major purchase from PC specialist and probably my most complex. This required more calls than normal to them both before and after delivery. I wish to thank all the staff that dealt with me and in particular Thomas and Matthew. Not because the other staff was poorer, But in particular it appeared Thomas was someone I spoke to a number of times. I found staff to be helpful and informative. When it comes to upgrade I will probably again use PC specialist. For those looking to buy a PC I would certainly recommend them.”

“Excellent customisation, build and delivery process. I'm still having some issues setting up PowerDVD and getting iTunes to work, but that's the usual Windows malarkey. Fully recommend PC Specialist.”
