“Beautiful PC delivered in good time. So far so good. Only issues is that the case had a small dent on the foot - not visible but makes me concerned how it got there. Also me and my partner ordered same pcs, mine first and then his on a different account, however mine was in testing for a long time and took a day longer to be delivered. I don’t mind but I did email support asking why it was in testing so long and why mine took considerably longer even though the same people tested it etc and they just didn’t understand my question Kept thinking I was asking for an update on my partners pc so I gave up. Also even though the pcs are the same, ours perform differently (he had some systems installed that I didn’t) and has a different set up inside. E.g he has an extra part supporting his graphics card and mine doesn’t. Also mine came already unpacked (like the tape off the glass) but his didn’t and had the enjoyment of peeling it off. Nothing major but my questions went unanswered so we’ll just see. (Won’t let me add pictures)”

“Excellent product, great service. Communication was prompt and to the point. Receiving photos of the build mid way was a pleasant surprise, couldn't wait for it to be delivered. Delivery was also faultless, could track to within a minute of arrival. Well packaged, easy to follow instructions to safely unpack, setup and start. System runs extremely well, exceeded my expectations. Will certainly be using PC Specialist again.”

“I'm very happy with my PC Specialist computer. I ordered on a Sunday and a week later on the Monday it was delivered. The configurator was helpful, some parts took some time to figure out which parts were best but overall I found it quite easy to spec my build. There was a small issue with the configurator with how many extra fans I could add to the build, but a simple message to support allowed me to add the additional one that the configurator didn't allow me to add. The computer itself works fine and I'm happy with how it turned out. The only small issue I had was that it wasn't too simple to setup, I had to do quite a bit of research to figure out how to setup the fans so they didn't keep revving up and down constantly. But other than that I'm very happy and I would recommend to anyone and I will be buying my future computers from PC Specialist again.”

“the lay out of picking out each individual pieces of my pc was quiet easy to understand. the delivery time was not long at all and being given updates each stage of progression helped to keep me involved and my mind at ease. the instructions on putting the pc together was also easy to understand which im glad about.”

“Good quality cabling, all components high-quality, website easy to select components. Delivery box received broken though, the case was much heavier. Would have like a warning from them that motherboard I ordered only has 2 PCIE slots and if I plug in a sound card would halve the bandwidth for main graphics slot, but that's on me for not checking motherboard specifications. But other than that, happy with PC assembly process, it's my second order from them.”

“The On-line ordering system was easy to use. Prices against the various options would make it even easier. It was good to see the order progress using the on-line tracking page and the e-mails. Build time was as promised by PC Specialist and the PC arrived within the time slot given by the Courier. The PC is exactly what I wanted, looks well made and is performing well.”

“I've used PC specialist a few times over the last decade or two. I have never had a single problem. This time, the experience was so polished it was at times almost absurd. They sent me pictures of the PC while it was still being built. The whole process was so well done it has almost reached the point of being comical. I don't hesitate to recommend them to you.”
