“I ordered a custom-built PC from PCSpecialist around 2 weeks ago, and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The system I chose featured an Intel Core i7-14700F, ASUS TUF Z790 motherboard, 64GB DDR5 RAM, a Radeon RX 7600 XT, dual Samsung 990 Pro SSDs, and the stunning Fractal North TG case — all assembled and tested to perfection. The attention to detail with cable management, airflow, and overall build quality is seriously impressive. I opted for the 5-day express build and a 3-year warranty, both of which I believe were well worth it. The PC arrived on time, well-packaged, and fully ready to go. It booted up instantly with Windows 11 Pro installed, and every component worked flawlessly right out of the box. Performance-wise, the machine is a powerhouse — handling everything from gaming at 1440p ultra to creative workloads with ease. Temperatures stay cool thanks to the Corsair iCUE Link AIO, and the overall aesthetic (especially with the RGB lighting and clean layout) is top-tier. Customer service was also on point — I received clear updates at each stage of the build, and delivery was smooth. If you’re looking for a high-performance, professionally assembled custom PC, PCSpecialist delivers on every level. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone, whether you’re a gamer, creator, or just want a machine built right.”

“The ordering process was extremely easy; the specialist talked me through all the options and provided the best results for my needs. Building and delivery took a short time considering what had to be done. As usual, customer support is excellent and I had plenty of help talking me through the teething troubles I encountered - which were all wetware!”

“The PC I ordered was exactly to my specifications, the building time was about 10 days then dispatched, but the multiple emails during the building process telling me what happens and the 360 image of my computer while it was being tested was cool! Delivery was on-time, PC came undamaged, had some hiccups at the start but that was because of software that came pre-installed with the GPU, not the company themselves but otherwise PC is running and looks great! Their tech support service through their website is quick to respond with detailed instructions with my query too.”

“Second PC I have ordered and very pleased with the performance and appearance. Each time I configured my own system and it is very easy to use. I have used the support service in the past and it was very good, so quite happy to buy again. Both times the build and delivery took a bit longer than the estimate but I was not in a hurry and was kept informed by the build progress.”

“This is my second desktop pc from PC Specialist, my previous one has lasted since 2011! I also have a couple of their laptops. I like how flexible the configuration can be, and that I'm kept up to date with build progress. Here's hoping this pc lasts as well as the old one!”

“First company that I’ve purchased off online where their customer service has been perfect; had a small issue when I received the PC (damaged case in transit). Had a reply within a couple of hours and the replacement parts dispatched within 48 hours. 100% recommend”
