“I appreciate the choice to be able to custom configure. It really allowed me to modify the build based on my budget to it's upper limit perfectly. The PC in question has no flaws and I am really happy with the Mini-ITX build I have. It is nice that I am now able to play highly intensive games. I have no issues whatsoever whilst the only area for critique would be delivery. I paid £100 for 1 day dispatch and whilst this was done at my own choice I could have upgraded to a 4060TI with that power however that is not a problem to be honest, for those that can wait. I could have gone for a pre-build model with that money however the most unique thing about this is the fact that is is custom configured and a Mini-ITX build so the choices made here and pricing are understandable. PC Specialists continue to be amongst the UK's top choice for PC builds as well as being in the affordable range and not a rip off. I am happy with my new PC”

“Customer service has been excellent throughout the process. From what I can tell, the hardware seems good. The fan is strong and the case is well ventilated. The machine arrived as expected. However, I'd recommend ordering without Windows. The Windows image installed was over a year old, required many hours of updates, and then started erring out when updating. I spent many hours trying to fix this, including doing a full reset and talking with their customer service for hours. The technician informed me that this issue occurs somewhat regularly with their computers. Finally, once I downloaded a brand new Windows install from Microsoft and installed it via USB, everything is working perfect.”

“this is my third or fourth desktop in 20 years or so. PCS are my go to computer builder. Now retired, so don't need to much sophistication, but basic is good. Easy to build, but some options not available in basics, eg disk drives. Still getting to grips with Windows 11. Sometimes change is not always for the better! Cut and paste in Outlook appears to have disappeared and I'm having trouble getting it back. Otherwise all is OK”
