“The process was straightforward, with constant updates along the way. The PC is easy to set up and everything is neatly packed. Customer service is incredibly efficient and quick to answer. 4 stars only because the CPU fan wasn't working properly out of the box, but they were very quick to send me a new one free of charge.”

“I was recommended this site by a friend. I was looking for a gaming computer with good specs, but I did not have an idea of which ones I wanted. However, PC Specialist made this process easy as they have laid out their website in an accessible way for anyone, they included multiple options of hardware and you are able to customise your PC to fit your needs and styling. Once the order had been processed, I was kept up to date with every stage my PC was in, and once it had been built they sent a 3D Model of it in an email! I was delightfully surprised! The shipping was straightforward, and they packed everything in my order with care and made simple instructions to help set it up. Overall I am very pleased with the service they have provided and I would gladly recommend this business to friends and family.”

“First time PC builder. I have been thinking of building a PC for years but never got round to it as it seemed complicated and my knowledge in the area seems to lack substantially. However, PC specialist made the whole process very easy. I used their live chat functions to gain better knowledge of PC parts. I then built my own quote and asked other members of staff at PC Specialist to review my quote to make sure all components of my build would work. They checked it and confirmed its compatibility so I ordered the quote. But the good news doesn’t stop there. After purchasing my build I had daily updates of the progress on my computer all the way until delivery. My computer was packaged securely and sent with guides on setting up the PC to use it. I honestly cannot recommend PC specialist enough to first time PC builders. Easy 5 stars.”

“One of the best companies in the market. Had an issue with my order after being delivered, and it got solved in about 30 minutes. Not sure where one could get a similar level of service from. And that's on top of their configuration builder, components availability, customer service and overall price scheme that's way better than what I found in other places.”
