“This is my third device from PC Specialist. Very pleased with the service and the updates recieved once my device had moved through the build/shipping stages. I have Initia 14", great chassis and build quality, a great bit of kit.The only thing it lets me down slightly is in sunny environments the keyboard finish dulls the text, almost to the point I can't read the letters and the LED lighting is too dim to counter that. Other than that. Very happy with the device and service.”

“Easy ordering process with clear explanations and even told me I could pay less for a psu when I'd overspecced. My second PC specialist PC replaced my last one after 6 years working perfectly, and that one is now my wife's and still going strong. The main reason I didn't review earlier is because we've been having too much fun gaming together.”

“Recently purchased a hi-spec gaming PC. Service was excellent. I was kept informed of progress of my custom build following placing my order. When the PC arrived one of the fans was not working and one of the case feet had lost its rubber foot. I contacted tech support and was able to identify a fan power cable that had become disconnected. I was also sent a replacement foot. PC Specialists dealt with my issues quickly and effectively and I'm very happy with my new PC.”

“Excellent. Easy to order, regular updates throughout the build process and the best delivery service I've experienced. “I don't normally respond to places I've bought something from, I usually buy it - it arives then I use whatever it is not thinking of the place I bought it from. For PC Specialist I wrote the following email after the experience I had with them: Hi Trevor (and PCS Team), People don't do this often enough but I am writing this email because I have not seen customer service this good in a long while. I want to say a very big thank you to you because my brother in law is very much looking forward to his new computer as it is in production at the moment. From my initial email to you every interaction I've had and the amazing amount of communication you have given me during the process has made me feel assured I have made the right choice for him by buying with you. It's not easy but I'm impressed so far! Just Thank you and well done!”
