“Great turnaround and build quality was fantastic, good communication too. The hardware all works well. I order it without an OS as I am custom building an AI monitoring and filtering system for a school. I installed Ubuntu Server 24.04.2 LTS and it runs like a dream a few driver issues with onboard LAN Realtek card and not using built in Wi-FI but had additional cards installed, 10GB Ethernet to handle traffic as this machine will be the DNS for the school filtering all traffic. Anyway got the stock driver from Realtek installed and works fine. Running Pihole, Squid and e2guardian for DNS filtering and keyword filtering, prometheus, Grafana and Kibana for reporting dashboards. Will be installing YOLOv8 AI for image and video filtering (That will test the system resources). Overall I highly recommend PC Specialist.”

“I was kept up to date frequently about how my pc was doing, including pictures of the pc as it was being built. It took a couple of weeks to arrive however the wait was well worth it. Being able to select parts rather then having it prebuilt is amazing as it allows you to not recieve a cheap part used to keep the price attractive for lower end customers. Would highly recommed using PC specialist to make a pc if you know what parts you want, but do not want to create the pc yourself.”

“The online customisation tool was clear, easy to use and gave a lot of choices. The progress updates provided while the PC was being built were great. Delivery was prompt and everything worked perfectly. All this for a very fair price. Highly recommended.”

“I've purchased several computers from PC Specialist over the years and always found them thorough, professional and absolutely reliable. Their system guides you away from poor combinations of components and I have always ordered with total confidence. Completion can depend on choice of components and stock so it varies a little but believe me it is worth waiting for...although they do have 'off the shelf' choices. Definately my 'go to' for a great up-to-date unit and I it should be yours!”

“The website is really good to swap out parts and will tell you if parts are incompatible or will not fit which is perfect for new comers or even people who cannot be bothered to do tonnes of research. The updates while it was being built were really nice especially the 360 image of it completed. Order was placed Monday night and arrived before midday Thursday. I cannot be happier with how it runs and looks so much so I bought an extra bit of furniture for it to sit on so I can see it”

“I’ve been using this computer for a few weeks now, and I am thoroughly impressed! “Hae always build my own pc's in the past but i thought this time bite the bullet and give ones of companies ago. after doing quit a bit of reading i decided to go with PC Specialist. the configuration posess was very good smooth and each part i could click on on look more at the specs ect . Also loved the fact it checked everything and if there was any conflicting issues between parts it would highlight this. went a head and ordered. one issue did arise after ordering apparently i ordered the last 4070 super ventus x3 Oc they had and they could not find it . so they offered a refund of £112 if i was willing to drop to a regular 4070. . I was not willing to do that nor was i willing to cancle the order as it was a finance order and this would have a negative impact on mt credit score and i was not willing to do that. i explained this to them very politly . i have to admit i was expecting some arguments fighting back but to my suprise they fully understood and said they would immidiatly get their team to outsource the card or at no extra cost if they could not find one look at the slightly upgraded 4070 Ti at no cost to me. after a few days Muhammed replied to me informing they had a 4070 super ventus x3 Oc And my build had now been prioritised due to the delay and that they where very sorry for the inconvenience. Pc arrived within 5 days later . very happy overall with the pc and most importantly the way Pc Specialist conducted themselfs with the sligh hickup.”

“Absolutely gorgeous build quality! Really really happy with my product. When one part was faulty, I was given great customer service in arranging a replacement. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to build from scratch or upgrade existing builds super easily and neatly.”

“Very happy with my experience with PC specialist. overall took 9 working days from clicking order to receiving it. Been using the computer for 2 weeks and its working perfectly. The only issue I had and reason its not 5 stars is the GPU mount was touching the fans of the gpu and it was making really loud noises when the fans were fully blowing of plastic being hit. not sure if the mount moved during shipping or when taking off the protective covering. I just moved it a little and its now not hitting the fans. this is quite a minor issue overall as the system regardless works completely fine and I would absolutely recommend pc specialist”
