“It was super easy to customise the PC and the feature that tells you if the parts are compatible is very helpful. I have had the PC for a couple of weeks now and no complaints whatsoever.”

“The PC was build far faster than I expected. I paid for 5 day fast track & the PC was built the same day, tested the next & then immediately dispatched. Since I have got the PC I have been unable to use it much (i'm abroad) but from what I have used, its excellent. The build quality & cable management is top notch. No errors have presented themselves so far. The one reason I have taken 1 star off is because there seems to be some odd lining up of the fans. The case has fans built into it but they have stuck another layer of fans directly behind the case fans which do not spin & are also not fully lined up with the case fans so looks kind of odd. I am unsure why this was done but I can't say I care too much. I will likely remove the unused fans myself anyway. The PC still looks & runs great regardless. Big bonus, I can put a picture of my cat on the LCD cooler!”

“Thank you. I'm not technically at all, but I told my son what I wanted, and he ordered the laptop for me, and when it came, set it up. So, I can't really comment on that side. But I am very pleased and glad I went with his suggestion. Much better value that what I was looking for on the high street.”

“The whole process, beginning with information directing you to start building a machine appropriate to your needs, active feedback during the build selection, through to updates about how your machine is being put together, tested and delivered, creates an excellent customer experience. PC Specialist have got the balance correct. Updates are timed well and not excessive. I have bought from them more than once and I am always impressed, even though I'm familiar with the steps! Whether you know all about computers, or haven't a clue, you should buy your next computer PC Specialist.”
