“Absolutely nothing to fault. Customizing my was straight forward .Order was completed in a timely manner with frequent updates. The Computer arrived promptly and well packed. Would definitely recommend.”

“I ordered a PC initially via a competitor of PC Specialists and I found their customer service to be not as great in comparison and the lead time for a £2k+ PC was around 3 weeks, from which I decided to cancel my order with them and purchase a PC via PC Specialists, from which I found their customer service to be excellent and build and shipping times to be amazing in comparison to the other company I ordered through initially. I also liked the constant updates via email on build progress and how they shared a picture with me of my build before they shipped it to me, small details like this went beyond my expectations!”

“Best service I've ever had. I was purchasing a pc for my son and a little out of my depth. I sent several emails back and forwards asking questions about parts and the team were all super helpful. They sent a 360 photo of the pc when it was made up which was lovely, and it arrived quicker than we expected. The PC is stunning, my boy is so delighted. Couldn't possibly improve on this service in any way.”

“This experience throughout the whole process was clear, concise, and comfortable. From asking for advice on my specific video editing needs down to the process through to final delivery. I am very happy with everything thus far and I'm now able to crack-on with my hundreds of hours video editing and short film making. I look forward to many years of hobby now. “I am extremely happy with my PC Specialist laptop and the ordering process. I phoned in to speak to an advisor to help with my requirement and she was knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to adjust some of the components on the quote and place the order. I could then see the stage of my order at any time, from build, through test to shipping. The laptop itself feels high quality, including the keyboard. I can't see me buying an off the shelf laptop again!”

“My old PC Specialist computer lasted 8 years ish and so I was keen to give them another try. The computer is great, although a problem was encountered with the delivery company which appears to have rough-handled and damaged the computer, hopefully only slightly, where a computer leg was broken. For the most part the computer has been working great and I really like it. Seems good value for money. Thus far, PC Specialist has been responsive about trying to sort out the problem, they sent me another leg and are assisting with other related issues and their customer support seems good so far.”

“I think the price/quality of a PC Specialist laptop can't be found elsewhere. My first build had a battery issue and the customer service was quick and helpful and I had a new laptop shipped out on priority. So great price, great quality and excellent customer service is all one can ask for.”
