“Great service, very clear website and I absolutely loved multiple updates about my order. I had to change one thing and my email was actioned almost immediately with a quick refund. Parcel was sent quickly and securely and my new device is absolutely amazing. It's my second time using PC specialist (last time I bought PC with them 10 years ago and only just had to replace it now)”

“I found PC Specialist on the Internet while I was looking to replace my old PC and I am very very happy that I did. I chose one that was about the price I was thinking about and then used the upgrade options for each component of the PC. When I had chosen my upgrades I had one thing I wanted to query so I phoned up and my question was answered for me.I then said I would like to go ahead with my order. This was on a Saturday morning and a Bank Holiday weekend. I received regular updates on the progression of my order and on the Wednesday morning I was informed that it would be delivered between 9:30 and 11:30.It arrived at 9:30 that morning. That is first class service. It was well packaged and very easy to set up even for me in my 70s. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of my new PC I love it. I did have to phone up about a Windows update a couple of days ago that I was having problems with once again the excellent customer services sorted it for me. I would highly recommend this company.”

“The staff were very helpful in answering my questions before purchasing. The PC was manufactured and delivered in a timely fashion. It is a quality product. I fitted my own Blue Ray DVD Writer/Reader, and was given good advice regarding how to add additional power and digital connections. It also has a long Warranty. Altogether a quality experience. “I couldn't be more happy with my purchase, The customer service was outstanding, they even told me how I could save money buy removing things I didn't need, the online tracking is also excellent as you can see where your order is a every point. Not only that but it was great value too. We ended up buying another PC a week later as the first one was for our daughter”
