“We had a very good experience here. The website helped us to navigate choices and we used the forums to get some wider views on our decisions. We had clear updates on timing and the items arrived as expected. During the build, they identified a (minor) issue and were very careful to explain it to me fully. Would definitely recommend ordering here!”

“This is the 2nd laptop I've bought from PC Specialist and I really wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm a photographer and I need what is essentially a high end gaming PC in order to run complex image editing software - so being able to spec my own system is invaluable. Price are great too when compared to high street stores. I always recommend PC Specialist to photography colleagues when they are looking for a new machine. Build and dispatch is also incredibly speedy, with great comms along the way. Thank you!”

“Pc did take awhile in the pre-production stage. But once the pc was in progress and being built it took little to no time to come! Lovely pc, great build. Great website and when I called on the phone to ask about why its taking so long on pre-production I got transparency and was clearly told how long it might take! Couldn't be happier with the customer service provided.”

“This is the first time I've used these guys and I must say, the whole process was smooth and efficient. If I have 1.5 tiny criticisms, it's that the build sheet specifically asks which browser you would prefer, which I thought was a bit odd as it takes about a minute to install on arrival but they forgot to install it... not an issue but odd to ask and then not do it. Performance of the Initia laptop is as expected but the built in speakers have no bass at all.”

“It was a speedy build for the laptop that I specified to my own liking. The item was very well packed and for the price, I couldn't have bought similar anywhere else. This is also the second purchase, the first of which was over seven and I find that PC Specialists are still the best.”

“feel in love with my build as soon as i opened the box and a named it the beast (going to but a eddie hall sticker on it) this pc does not miss a beat and i cant say i unhappy with it in anyway they even phoned me to advise/ask about my ram speed due to the current bios wasn’t compatible atm so had to be clocked many thanks again”

“I have just purchased my second laptop from PC Specialist. The first one I had 12 years ago and it has been the best latop I purchased. It is still working and I have handed it on to a friend. The only reason for change is that the first laptop was older technology and was not powerful enough for Windows 11 . The new one is marvellous and I am hopeful that it will also last as long as the first. The ability to specify exactly what processor, memory and hard drive, together with the other details means that the laptop is tailored exactly to my requirements. To get such specs with 'off the shelf' laptops is difficult, unless you pay exhorbitant prices! On the rare occasions when I have had to contact PC Specialist they have been quick in repsonse and I have no complaint! Keep up the good work.”

“Below is a reply to an email from PC Specialist which I think says it all. I was also charged £69 to be informed they are unable repair a hardware fault on a PC they built, but they were willing to sell me another PC. Thanks, but will not be taking up your proposal to purchase another PC from yourselves. This PC developed the exact same fault 14 months after purchase and was brought back into service by myself inserting the graphics card into another slot on the motherboard. The fact that this PC has only had light use and cost in excess of Four Thousand pounds is to say the least disappointing, together with the fact that you are unable to repair your own computers. In the past I have purchased seven computers from Dell and not one developed a hardware problem. The only reason for replacing each one was to upgrade memory, graphics capability and speed etc. For this reason I think I will be reverting back to a more reliable retailer. As stated in your email I would like the PC returned unrepaired as soon as is convenient to yourselves. Lastly, I would like to comment that I find it very strange that a company called “PC Specialists” are asking me to source parts to repair a PC that you have built!!”

“This was my first time ordering a PC and the experience was great. The website made it easy to create a custom gaming PC. A week into the order process I made some additions, which they happily added on before sending out. Now I have my gaming PC (with rtx 4080), I could not be happier. When it arrived, instructions were included, which made the set up process extremely easy.”
