“I was very impressed with the online configuration process, the build quality and the communications throughout. The PC was packed well and had good instructions on how to assemble it. I paid extra for the "before 10.30am" delivery but DPD messed it up by going to the wrong address, hence only 4 stars. PC Specialists were kind enough to refund the delivery charge. I would have no hesitation about buying a computer in the future.”

“I loved being able to save a quote and amend as I needed before placing the order. Once ordered I again needed to make a change so was able to before it hit production and the changes took place. Very efficient service and I've used this company since 2016 with multiple laptops bought. My go to place for custom laptops.”

“Website was very easy to browse and the process of configuring my laptop was easy and clear with lots of choices. Pricing was very competitive, much cheaper than other companies I had tried. Build process was very speedy, laptop despatched well before the projected timescale and I was kept informed of every stage of the process. Finally, very pleased with the laptop, no problems so far, looks good, performs flawlessly and feels solid. Whole process was a pleasure, highly recommended.”

“I knew roughly what I wanted after conversations with my gaming son. The compatibility checker proved really useful on the PC Specialist website and prevented me from making an error. Slightly slow delivery but well worth the wait. Excellent build quality and exceeds expectations. Four stars given due to excessive waiting time for contacting help desk by phone. Minor problems were resolved using online community including YouTube.”

“Ordered a Laptop for myself from here and a PC. Both function really well my only complaint is the laptop does reach really high temps under load. Other than that really quality products with amazing build quality and peformance.”

“This experience has been outstanding, from first approaching them with a vague set of requirements, to refining it with further chats. Come the final quote they didn't try to go over my budget and also gave me two options, to explore two possible options. Once I accepted the communication through out the process was geat, including a question I had about the build and once built I got a picture of the system. The delivery was neatly handled and arrived exactly when they said. I had one problem a missing WiFi Ariel it was sorted and couriered to me. Ill be using them again.”

“The PC is up to specs. Wonderfully built. The two issues I had were the slow-ish delivery, and the fact that my cooling unit was missing a screw. This was solved, as they sent out a spare part that I was able to install myself.”

“Purchased a gaming PC for over £2,200. Process of configuring and ordering were easy to follow (used the forum to help with suggested configuration). PC arrived in good time but had issue in that Windows 11 was not installed 100% successfully. Not really a manufacturing issue but thought it may of been picked up in final testing. After two re-installs and over 5 hours on the phone all is now good. Knowledge of customer support guys is good but a bit annoyed that I will be paying for the 5 hours on the phone.”

“Very professional, informational and helpful. PC came without any problems. The production was updated at all times and even gave a 360 degree real time look at the build and options to change anything before dispatching. Honestly, deserves the praise. Excellent.”
