“After talking in the PCS discord and doing research about what parts I should buy, which ones will work well together I took the plunge. Turn around time for me was bang on 11 days with a saturday delivery, which is an (Optional Extra). I have had the tower for 10 days and setting up my new tower (installing my games & music Production software) was swift, a few bits I needed help with got sorted super quick and professionally and in a nice relaxed manner. Over the moon with the tech department, its performance and that of the tower it's self and that of the build quality of the PC over all.”

“Overall experience with PCSpecialist was good but not without its flaws. It was my second time ordering my system from PCSpecialist - first time I’ve ordered laptop which came pretty quickly - within 7 days but after a month of use graphics card was faulty and “died”, wasn’t their fault and it happens. RMA process was very smooth witch took around 2 weeks for the laptop to be fixed and returned. It’s been 6 years since I’ve ordered laptop from them and it is still working after heavy use and in good condition. This time I’ve ordered PC: the website is very easy to navigate and choose compatible parts as they have built in system which check if parts are compatible with each other and will give you suggestions on what to do. Customer service is great and enjoyable- they are ready to answer any questions and help as much as possible. The only reason I am making this review as 4 Stars it is because of the following problems when my PC arrived: 1. The bracket for graphics card wasn’t properly attached under it therefore the fans were hitting the bracket itself - had to re-adjust it. 2. The windows deployment wasn’t done properly - a lot of bugs e.g could not update windows itself, issues downloading files, accessing files and overall slowness so had to reinstall and after that it is working properly. 3. RAM on pc built was 6000Mhz but for some reason it was set to 5900Mhz - had to change it in bios. Other than issues above everything else is flawless”

“The self checking feature telling you whether components are compatible with each other is fantastic. The whole experience was just fantastic with regular updates during production (which only took 12 working days) letting me know where my order had got to. “Had an easy time selecting and matching parts with each other very easy I could even do it,also if u have doubts about a particular part for your pc the pc specialist parts program will alert you to whether its compatible or not making it a breeze,the pc that got delivered to me was still in one piece and the delivery was straight forward and my pc was in excellent condition a.d it also makes me feel like I had a hand in building it as I chose all the parts.taking everything into account I would definitely highly recommend pc specialist to all levels of buyers from new to old hands very good experience and everything is working great with no issues.”
