“Loads of options to spec pc exactly as I wanted. Build time was quick and I really appreciated the updates every for every step of the process. The pc was delivered with no damage at all and packaged sensibly to keep it protected in transit. 10/10 would reccomend!”

“Was a little pricey and got a different rtx 4090 than the one I ordered (phantom instead of nvidia). This is probably the reason why some games (code vein, which doesn't even have really high graphics) still crash when I try to play with high graphics. Either that or 4090s just aren't as good as I thought they'd be. Took quite a while to assemble and deliver too. Would've taken longer if there wasn't a misunderstanding of the 3 day fast track that I didn't actually buy nor want. The PC did arrive in one piece and works but it came with quite a few unassembled parts that were probably to do with the Strix raid soundcard thing and not the actual PC itself. I'm pretty happy though all things considered.”

“I bought a gaming pc for my sons 16th birthday. I paid for the 3 day dispatch/build and was kept up to date on the progress during the whole process from ordering to final delivery. Can not fault PC Specialists for that. My son is very happy with the PC.”

“Absolutely shocking would not recommend ever took 28 days to arrive which is the max, pc barely works and I spent over £3000 on it, all kinds of bugs and problems even had messages saying the pc is broken please contact customer support and been left on hold for over an hour multiple times and have emailed them directly and received no replies this company is terrible do not use”

“This is the second machine I have bought from PCSpecialist and l had the same experience each time. The machines are used for 3D modelling and each occasion the advice and recommendations on the spec required were absolutely spot on. I would have no problem with recommending to anyone wanting a purpose built machine.”

“Amazing pc love the flow etc, only thing is as much as ive been gaming for ages, for new commers n that it would be nice for the spare parts to have like a bit of paper explaining what they are and how to install, or good ways to help clean dust from the pc”

“From start to finish the whole process of ordering a new PC from PC Specialist was painless! I work in animation for tv and film so needed something that I know will last me, and will get me up and running immediately (my old machine broke mid-job! nightmare!) I haven't invested in a brand new machine before, I always bought ex-studio second hand workstations. After asking on a couple of forums for recommendations for graphics cards, ram etc. I 'built' my machine through their customiser. They make this so easy thank god!! I wish the build time was faster because of course I do - but it's also oddly reassuring because they send you updates as they're building it! Overall I am delighted with my new machine! Gunna make some sweet animated TV on it!”

“Just bought my fourth PC from PC Specialist. I've found them pretty reliable (tho' eventually time and technical advances mean they need replacing) and the lifetime technical support is second to none. Only 4* because the lead time was longer than the website had suggested.”

“I'm very happy with my purchase, thanks! Only knocked one star off due to what seemed like them forgetting my order (it was in pre-process for much too long and then stuck in the next phase) until I chased up customer service, which is then when the order came to me very quickly. But all in all it was exactly what I wanted, thanks.”

“As a student, I've needed a new laptop for some time but was unable to find affordable options. Not only did PC Specialist offer exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price, but the entire process from ordering a laptop to delivery took only just over ten days and included regular updates: really good when you consider I live in Germany and the company is based in the UK. Would highly recommend!”

“I was very impressed with the online configuration process, the build quality and the communications throughout. The PC was packed well and had good instructions on how to assemble it. I paid extra for the "before 10.30am" delivery but DPD messed it up by going to the wrong address, hence only 4 stars. PC Specialists were kind enough to refund the delivery charge. I would have no hesitation about buying a computer in the future.”
