“My original laptop purchase was sent back 4 times for repair in as many months and when I requested a refund I was refused as they claimed to be unable to replicate the latest fault. A week later, as they were testing the unit to send back to me, I was contacted and told that they had identified an entirely unrelated fault and was therefore now eligible for a refund. Wanting to keep me as a customer, they offered to send a replacement unit of equal value with similar or better specification, classed as a new purchase using a credit note so that I would still be eligible for the 14 days return period should I change my mind. When this new purchase arrived it had been sent with a European plug instead of a UK plug and I had to wait an additional 4 days for the correct piece to arrive. I can at least report that there have been no issues with the new laptop once I was able to start using it.”

“Bought an Initia for my partner. Nice machine, installed EndeavourOS KDE Plasma (Arch Linux with an installer and a few minor tweaks), the only problems I had were: It would not shutdown on the 6.4 kernel, but was fine on the LTS kernel (6.1.39-5 currently). Everything else worked out of the box: System: Host: xxxxxx-initiaiii17 Kernel: 6.1.39-1-lts arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 13.1.1 Desktop: KDE Plasma v: 5.27.6 tk: Qt v: 5.15.10 wm: kwin_x11 vt: 2 dm: SDDM Distro: EndeavourOS base: Arch Linux The Wifi was a little touchy and would disconnect, fixed fairly easily, by messing with it's power profile in a config file. Also (not a problem!) - It required the tuxedo aur packages to run the keyboard lights.”

“The build and delivery were really fast. The gaming laptop I ordered is high quality and has no issues so far. The only thing that went wrong was that the liquid cooling device I ordered did not come with a required power adaptor.”

“This company makes it so simple to put together a compatible build with plenty of different choices per component & for my build was very competitive compared to if I had bought the parts individually myself. In particular I was impressed with the 3d virtual image rendered of my build once it was built, very cool! The build came quickly and in perfect condition with no problems at all, I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends.”

“Bought my new PC from PCS because of the service provided with my last purchase from them. There were some error messages and crashes on the old machine, which despite it being over 6 years old PCS sorted out. One employee was particularly helpful and took ownership of the issue until resolved. When it came to replacing the PC, PCS were an easy choice. I got good feedback on the spec and once ordered delivery was ahead of schedule. Overall I’m very pleased to recommend PCS.”

“Between the service, the delivery time once built and the recieved product I honestly couldn't be happier. Having had the new pc for a few weeks now there's been no issues at all and it's hands down been the easiest setup process I've experienced (excluding the usual trying to find features again when you switch windows versions!)”
