“Fast build time and delivered exactly on the day I was expecting it - all in good order. System is exctly as advertised and I received regular updates from when I placed the order to receiving it - even photos were emailed to me when the system went through the testing stage and I appreciated this very much. The website was easy to use and placing my order was straightforward. Would deffinetly recommend!”

“My third PC from PC Specialist and yet again I am very pleased with the service and product. Very well built, cables inside are well tucked away and secured (a lot of cable ties). Value for money is good. When there was an unexpected issue with a component not fitting, the support team were quick to notify, provide advice and then implement changes. Very professional and helpful customer service. I've used the website before and it was easy for me to use, automatically notifying if components are not compatible, not enough power, too big etc. Finally, no issues with delivery. If you want peace of mind of a professionally built PC to your specifications, I highly recommend PC Specialist.”

“Bought my first gaming PC with PC Specialist and I'm so happy that I did! The website and the ordering process was so easy to navigate through. Has a good variety of specs and customising options - total utter freedom. Pricing was good - turned out to be similar to if I had bought the parts separately. Really appreciated the compatibility function after choosing specs, saving so many first-time pc gamers - so user friendly! Really liked the quote function, didn't feel rushed to complete the order and allowed me to customise to my heart's desire and till fully satisfied. After ordering, communication was 10/10: the updates via email and the order website page kept me informed throughout the entire process of building, testing, fixing and dispatching. I also loved the transparency during the building phase: being able to see a sneak-peak of the build (just adds to the excitement of waiting for PC to arrive) and being able to adjust configuration if you want. Dispatch and next-day delivery was also 10/10: fast and efficient (the fact you use DPD was the selling point for me, knowing that my PC will arrive safely and can be redirected to collection point if I'm not at home).”

“This big green machine is an absolute beast, It runs everything I need and more with no issues, It is also very quiet. It was a rather pricy PC but I know this PC will last me a very long time so I believe it is money well spent. The overall build time was about 6 days and delivery time of 2 days, So an overall wait of 8 days was a lot less than what I thought it would be originally so this made me very happy. My thanks to the team at PC Specialist for making this for me.”
