“Overall, I have given PCSpecialist a 3 star review, however to be clear their support team in my experience has been 5 stars - I couldn't fault them if I tried. Their prices are also the most competitive on the market. The only reason that the review has been lowered was due to the length of time it took to recieve a functional PC and the issues we faced - from the initial order, it took 102 days to receive a properly functioning PC. This was due to the initial order taking a longer time than it was supposed to and due to the first machine arriving and not booting, then we had a complete rebuild which arrived and was also barely functional - it was incredibly unstable and only 1 output source would work. We then also had to go through the process of negotiating a return etc, which took a considerable amount of time. The support team were constantly in contact with us throughout the process and we received updates to the process very often. Overall I would recommend PCSpecialist.”

“This is the third PC I've bought from PC Specialists over the last 15 years. Still can't fault them on the build. Communication is perfectly fine, the forums that go with their site really help dig into a build with community members, and overall I feel like I get great value for money”

“Had a look at different integrated PC's and found the ability to custom build with PC Specialist second to none. From selecting kit to delivery, expert friendly communications which keeps the customer in the loop all the way. 5***** I wouldn't order a PC from another company as these are the best. Highly recommend.”

“The best customer service you could wish for. Contact information available on all correspondence, prompt response to questions and a follow up email to ensure everything is sorted out. Orders delivered in a timely fashion. Very reliable company and I have now received my second order from them. I wouldnt order a PC from another company as these are the best. Highly recommend.”

“Its a quick and easy process. Click and customise how you want your laptop setup. Just peace of mind that all the parts work well together and you don't have to do too much research on your own. Quick and easy delivery as well. Everything in total took just 7 days. Brilliant.”
