“Good website and ordering process which checks that the components are a match for each other, including getting the right level of cooling and a power supply with the right amount of power. Good Communication and tracking during the whole process. I chose the standard 7-9 working days build option and it was despatched after 7 days, arriving in perfect factory new condition, with everything well-packaged and well-protected for delivery. The instructions and set-up process were clear, complete, and easy to follow. Very neat and tidy cabling inside the case. Drivers installed properly with nothing else unusual or unexpected installed on the box. Most importantly, the PC seems to have been well tested, has been running everything flawlessly at the expected max clockspeeds, remaining at a stable temperature when under max load for hours, steady framerates and no crashes. It's less than 2 weeks so far, but I feel reassured by the overall experience and professionalism of PCS.”

“Not only is their website brilliant when custom building a pc, but the quality of communication after purchase was also great - regular updates on how the build was doing & emailed over any specific set up instructions based on what will arrive. The product itself was flawless and cables and components so tidily put inside! All very reassuring when having spent quite a fair sum of money. Very happy, thanks so much 😌”

“This was my first time ordering from PC Specialist. I paid extra for both a 3-day build time and a Saturday delivery. The 3-day build time wasn't guaranteed and this was made clear at the point of order. My order was ready in 3 days, but just after the cut-off time so it never shipped on the Friday for my Saturday delivery. I expected a refund for the Saturday delivery but they also refunded me for the 3-day build, too. I can't argue with that service. Delivery was rearranged for a day convenient for me and it turned up exactly when it was supposed to. The PC is great, very happy with it so far. I would 100% recommend PC Specialist and will use them again.”

“This is my 2nd PC specialist laptop, after owning another one for 3 years and being very happy with it! As before, the ordering process on the website was really great and very easy, allowing the customisation I wanted. The prices are so great - To get a laptop with the same specs elsewhere would have cost hundreds of pounds more! Delivery was excellent in under a week from the first order and very easy setup as well. I would highly recommend PC Specialist!”

“This is my third PC from PC Specialist - extremely happy with it. The previous one lasted 10 years and is still going strong (I'm passing it on to my son). The ability to chose from a wide range of components is great, and you automatically get helpful hints if, for example, you have specified a PSU of higher wattage then you really need. I haven't needed to phone them for many years but when I did they were very helpful. You can track the progress of the build, and the new PC came well packaged. Be aware that if it is despatched on a Friday DPD *might* want to deliver it on Saturday even though standard delivery is stated as Monday to Friday only (so look out for a text from them and you can change the delivery day if you are not going to be in).”

“I have now purchased two PCs from PC Specialist. The first in 2017 and the 2nd just last month (2023). Their customer service is exemplary, I was able to contact them via email and their team were able to quote a suitable upgrade with suggestions to maintain certain components of my last build. Even when I postponed making a new purchase, months later I was able to pick up the conversion just were we left off. I am also very satisfied with my new PC.”

“For the most part really good. Good at letting me know where it was in the build process and delivery was very smooth. GPU bracket wasn’t properly fitted or was dislodged and the gpu fan was hitting it but was easy enough fix.”

“I bought two computers from PC Specialist, I've only set one up so far. But it runs like a dream. Fantastically packaged, easy to follow instructions, simple setup. The website process is excellent. Having the feedback before you buy, of whether your components are compatible is absolutely necessary. Especially if you're new to/overwhelmed by the myriad computer parts. Delivery was as estimated on the site, feedback on the build was accurate and useful. Overall a very easy, helpful and quality experience from start to finish. You'll struggle to find a better site, unless you're building the PC yourself. Though I'm not sure why you would at this rate, as the labour costs were extremely cheap and the added benefit of a warranty on future parts and labour is a no brainer really. This is as close to a plug and play experience as you'll get building a PC. Excellent service.”

“Hi I bought this as a birthday present for my son. He has been asking for years! But I felt at 15 years old and his experience of gaming he was now ready. He was thrilled to bits when it arrived. It came fully built to perfection. The guys at PCS are superb at what they do and it is certainly worth every penny. They sent ys messages every step of the way to let us know what stage the process was at. We received it within no time. No grumbles from us! Thank you all at PCS.”
