“Everything was good, had dents in my radiator and the the packing foam was too tight which apon removal almost dislodged the gpu. One of the Wi-Fi antennas was broken.”

“This is my third time I’ve purchased a laptop from pc specialist, & I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else when building a laptop. The service is 1st class & they kept me informed almost every day on the production of my laptop, very quick delivery aswell, & if I’ve ever needed to get in contact with them they’ve always been very helpful & reliable. Big thanks pc specialist 👍”

“I admit i had never heard of PC Specialist when it was recommended to me by a friend. He knew i was looking for a new Desktop PC after my last one (purchased from Costco) was a bit of a nightmare so said PC Specialist were "the best around". I must admit i was very impressed with the website - the fact it checked the components you were picking were compatible - and once i made my order the communication during the build and test phase was great. The only reason i can't give them 5 stars is i had a couple of issues with my pc when it arrived. Whilst giving the desktop a once over to check everything i noticed a couple of things had not been put together correctly on the case. It just looked like they had rushed to put it together as covers were attached upside down and one component looked bent as it had been forced into place. It only took me 10 minutes to fix by undoing a few screws and putting it back together but that's not really the point. My other problem was my Windows installation was broken so it wouldn't perform any updates. Searching the PC Specialist forums (which are very good by the way) i found similar issues posted by others and the community were very helpful in providing me with what i needed to do to fix it. Basically it was a complete re-install of Windows. Again this was not ideal, and the fact i only discovered this fault after i had manually added all my programs and software, essentially meant i had wasted a few hours of my life. I can't really blame PC Specialist for this as apparently it is a common issue with the Windows OOBE tool that is installed on their machines, but it was a frustration none the less. Overall however i do love my new PC and the support from PC Specialist really was great in helping my with my issues. I would definitely recommend PC Specialist. It is just a shame for these few minor quality control issues i faced.”

“Firstly the website where you can build your PC is fine. Some issues with not telling you about incomparability until your done and ready to place the order. But it's only a small issue and considering the complexity of components it's not too surprising. They don't list the price of components. This is both ridiculous and frustrating. You have to note the total build cost, change the part, look at the new total build cost and get the calculator out. There was an issue during testing and I'm glad this was resolved beforehand. But this lead to unavoidable delays in posting the pc and despite an online chat and 1 phone call from the tech building the PC, my request to have the PC sent for delivery asap and not at the weekend because this was only agreed if the PC was shipped on-time with no issue, was ignored. This lead to a further call but the PC was then sent on the day. The build is top notch. The graphics card support bracket was not in place and was supporting air. You might make the excuse it moved transit, but all screws and fittings were sold with no room or give for movement. Very clean build. Simple setup instructions. Overall I'm very happy with my PC. Comparing prices with just building yourself, it's a pleasant surprise and considering the benefits of having someone else build, test, configure etc and the warranty deals. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending PC Specialist. I will definitely be using them again.”

“The easiest way to purchase a PC I have found, they have a good range to anyone's need, the pricing is fair and customer service excellent they are with you all the way, from the time of your selection ( prebuilt or modified) to the time it arrives at your door, it is tracked all the way,the couriers they use are of high standard ( less chance of damage) I would recommend them to anyone, hence the five stars.”

“My 12 year old son had saved for nearly 2 years (all Christmas and birthday presents, and most pocket money) to buy a gaming pc, and has not been disappointed. We chose PC Specialist on the recommendation of a friend, but the vast choice of cases and components meant we could spec it exactly for what he needed within his budget. And what a beast of a machine! Glass sided case, liquid cooled 13th gen CPU, RTX 4060Ti, 32 Gb of fast RAM, and more lights than Blackpool illuminations, it absolutely flies. And also does not come with all the useless bloatware that you get from mainstream manufacturers such as Dell. PC Specialist service was great, you can track the status of the build and testing, and arrived by courier within 1 day of dispatch. Very happy so far, will definitely buy from again.”

“Stubbled over PC Specialist whilst looking to find a replacement Desk Top PC. Found it easy to spec my specific PC Requirements and quotation received. Placed order as price seemed to offer good value. Regular emails received to up date me on the progress of my order through to dispatch. Received within 24 hrs of dispatch via DPD. PC well packaged both in terms of box but also internal PC transit protection. PC is now fully functioning and can highly recommend PC Specialists”

“Excellent and quick service, providing quality parts. They also provide a forum with loads of helpful information that helped me make decisions reduce costs (which I then put into buying more expensive parts for my build, but that's just me!). Took 9 working days from ordering to receiving a fully built custom pc that is fully tested.”

“The laptop is well built, a nice solid feel to it and very fast, added all my programs to it and all working really fast now, although I didn't need a user guide the booklet/user guide that came with the laptop did not match the laptop, therefore I feel a proper user guide for the laptop would be great.”
