“A very excellent selection of components to select from, nad if you select one that is not compatible with the rest of the machine, they'll will let you know as you proceed with your selection on components, to build the PC you want to your specification. PC was delivered as promised to my office space with no issues, and worked straight out of the box. I am very pleased with it and will recommended PC Specialists to anyone wanting a custom PC. Will definitely use them in the future.”

“I've been a customer for many years(last order was a surprise from my wife on her own account) and as ever, PCSpecialist are awesome. The online platform is excellent, and the build-your-own-build functionality works great. It's easy to follow, intuitive, and helps you navigate all the options available. I also had a LOT (I'm sorry, team!) of chats with PCSpecialist ahead of order the build to get the best advice I could, and they never disappointed. Professional, helpful, and I never waited for more than 2-3 minutes to hear from someone over the phone. The delivery was excellent, PC came in without a scratch. I'm no godmode PC builder, but as far as I can see everything works perfectly. I also had a few questions after I did a complete wipe and reinstall, and they wore more than happy to help me through it all, especially as I don't allow remote access to my network so they troubleshooted blindly (and quite accurately). 10/10, my IT company of choice whenever I need a computer, parts, and advice on computers and parts.”

“I first bought a gaming PC from PC Specialist in 2015 - and that PC lasted me until 2023. It was still running perfectly well at that age, but I decided it was time to upgrade and PC Specialist were my first port of call. I'm absolutely delighted with my new build which was delivered promptly and without issue. I also appreciated the pre-sales support I received when I had a couple of questions about some of the components.”

“I purchased a high spec gaming laptop for business use, for scanning and 3D modelling. I needed certain specs to ensure it worked well with the software we use and the technical advice provided to help me decide on a final spec was excellent. The final price was excellent, the communication clear and regular, the build time was as stated and the build quality outstanding once the laptop was delivered. I can't recommend PC Specialist enough and I will be buying from them again.”

“Awesome team, great communication during the order and build process. Took advantage of the fast track service and was not disapointed, received the completed PC promptly and i'm super happy with it. Customer service was also great (there was a slight issue with my order, but they resolved the matter quickly, we had a great conversation they understood the problem immediatly and provided a satisfactory solution). Top team, highly recomend.”

“Excellent selection of components to choose from. Helpful tips at the end to make sure your choices don't cause conflicts in the final build. Computer was delivered with no issues.
