“The laptop we ordered (Lafité Pro Series) was built and delivered quickly, and they kept us up to date with the progress throughout. The quality of the laptop is mostly great, too, with a great screen and surprisingly quiet keyboard. The speakers don't match the overall quality however, so if you don't intend to use headphones then plan to purchase speakers. This is the second time I've gone to PC Specialist and I've been happy both times.”

“Thr Pc arrived in a timely manner. Everything was there. The technician set it up in fast a clear way and everything was easy to understand. However there was a plastic wrap left Infront of the front facing fans that is impossible to move with no clear way of removal. Overall 4/5.”

“PC Specialist had the whole process covered from start to finish. Pre-Sales: Excellent Build Time: Great Build Quality: Excellent Routing & Cable Management: Excellent Configuration: Excellent Price: Great Delivery: Excellent The pre-sales service was fantastic as I had a number of questions regarding configuration and was looking for advice which several of the representatives were able to provide from personal experience. The price was very reasonable as it would have cost me about the same price to build the PC myself, my only concern before ordering was the presentation of the system with lighting, cooling and cable management, but as you can see from the picture they went above and beyond! The delivery was very efficient and the packaging was fantastic keeping everything in place during transport.”

“Good sales experience; disappointed by after-sales support. PC was missing a GPU support bracket for a 4090 GPU that was sent out. However the bracket received didn’t fit the PC. Upon reporting this, I was not told that the GPU doesn’t need one. I was also recommended to buy a support bracket if I so wish. I’ve also noticed from the forums currently: “BRACKET INCLUDED AS STANDARD ON 4070 Ti AND ABOVE”. I’m not filled with confidence that the GPU doesn’t need a support bracket. While the customer service communication was good, I don’t feel they did enough to resolve the situation. Otherwise easy to use website; good selection of configuration options; good communication overall.”

“These people put in the WRONG CPU cooler , a smaller weaker one and half the price , they didn't put any thermal paste on my pc and now my CPU is burned.”

“Have now had my PC Specialist desktop for two weeks. Apart from the normal problems with setting up a new PC, I have been very pleased with it: it runs all of my music and graphics programs without lag. Delivery was within the promised timescale. When compared with other companies, price and customisation options were excellent.”

“Very happy with my purchase. One of the support brackets was loose and had to be manuallyl adjusted but other than that everything was received and is working perfectly. I actually tried at least 5 other PC building sites and this one just destroys them in terms of ease of use, choice and pricing (and the forum is extremely useful for tips). Recommended!”

“This order for my new laptop was my 3rd PC ordered from PCSpecialist and again I'm very pleased with the process and the product. The build time was several days longer than expected, but was probably due to the non-standard specification. Similarly the battery life is less than hoped for, but not bad, and again could be due to the the spec. Thanks again PCS; I will continue to recommend you.”
