“Looked around for a Gaming PC at a maximum set price point for a good mid range set up. First time I'd found PC Specialists - what a fined. Came in good time and well packaged. Set was easy and the computer exceeded my expectations in both performance and looks. After 2 weeks I can say so far I'm VERY impressed. Thank you.....Game on”

“Very Good Website - liked the way it steered the novice PC Build Customer through the process. Great Flowchart and Customer informed at every stage of the Build. Price was reasonable Service was good. I did think 9 days was a slow process, but had the faster 5 day build. Delivery was very good. Item was well boxed. I had an initial problem with BIOS but rang Customer Support and got a fix around booting the test Windows install. I spent the whole 14 days of the 'nofault' return period to test the build through a number of Linux Mint and Ubuntu OS performance checks to assure myself that I had the build I wanted. A- would be my rating.”

“I've just bought a new 13th Gen Intel PC to replace a 6th Gen Intel PC also bought from PC Specialist. I was very happy with the old PC and the new one shows every indication of being another solid system with many years of use in its future.”

“The experience of using PC Specialist was incredible. The website works well, ensuring that mistakes in the build are avoided. (We made a few initial mistakes around our power capacity and ram choices which the automated system caught). The build quality is incredible and customer service kept us up-to-date at every stage of the build.”

“Ordering the laptop was very easy to do and the email updates were really useful. My husband and I have used this website before and we will definitely purchase from here again. Being able to build your own laptop and pay for what you need is extremely helpful. The only negative was I asked for the Chrome browser and instead I received Microsoft Edge - this wasn’t a big issue and I resolved this myself. I still would highly recommend this company, and they absolutely deserve a 5 star review.”

“The site is easy to use and navigate. Choosing the parts is a simple process. Got my PC within 3 weeks as I had ordered the 7800X3D which was on preorder. I was kept aware throughout the build process. The staff were responsive via email and Live chat to quickly answer any queries. The PC was packaged safely and there were no issues in the set up. The forums are also great as you can get others to help with the build to ensure you get the best system for your budget and needs. Fantastic service overall and happily recommend others to use PCS.”

“From ordering online to arrival my experience was perfect. I have used PCS before an no doubt will in the future. I looked at same PC specs elsewhere and not only were PCS cheaper I got a 2nd hard drive and still managed to save £400.”

“When spending a large amount of money on a computer, the choice of company becomes extremely important. PC Specialist have, so far, not let me down. My computer was built and delivered in under 11 days. I was worried about the delivery, as I live in London. However, the computer was well packed and undamaged upon arrival. The computer is a thing of water-cooled beauty. Well built and no issues with any of the hardware, and a clean install of windows 11 sorted out minor software issues. I have only had the computer for two weeks, but I am very happy with my decision to go with this company. I look forward to using them again when it comes to my next upgrade(s). Highly recommended.”

“Second time I've used PCS and I've had a great experience both times. I use my computer for both work (AI) and gaming. Nothing too heavy, but wanted to make sure I got a really solid rig to future-proof it a bit as I didn't do the same with the last one and it felt dated quite quick. Expensive but no doubt worth it, and my productivity has already increased - computer is smooth, isn't struggling to keep up with the load and I'm able to play games at max settings without any problems.”

“Pcspecialist helped me with recommendations for my build as I was quite unsure which I thought was really good of them. Took a while to go into production but to be fair there was bank holidays and coronation. The production was super quick and arrived just a few days later. System is really nice to look at and runs great. Unfortunately I updated windows and had a black screen which meant it was unusable. I contacted pcspecialist a few times regarding this. They were very responsive and helpful. I had to reinstall windows via USB which was a bit annoying but just one of those things and better than sending the whole system back. Overall really happy with the service apart from a couple hiccups which couldn’t be helped.”
