“This was my first gaming PC I’ve ever had so I was nervous, but it’s honestly amazing. It’s everything I wanted in my first ever PC! It was easy and quick to do, just over a week to arrive, I got updates on every process it was going through. All in all an amazing company and product! Would recommend to anyone.”

“I want to thank Raghu, Bradley and Summer for their assistance in setting up my new desktop. After changing my Monitor because it had an old VGA connection they went through a series of checks and finally traced it to a HDMI connection on a cable I was using. They were very patient and re-assured me that it was their job to resolve problems even if it was a simple one and obvious in the end. When the new Windows 11 started up Summer stayed with it to make sure it completed satisfactory. A credit to PCS. The pc runs like magic. Graham”

“Very pleased with the built quality of my laptop. Really loved the option of customisation on their website. It was super easy to assemble my laptop. The whole process from ordering to getting the item delivered is so fast and efficient. They keep you updated on every step which is simply awesome. The packaging is also great. Delivery timescale is spot on. This is my second order with them and I am super happy with both my desktop and laptop. Would highly recommend PC Specialist if you are looking for GREAT QUALITY CUSTOMISED laptops or desktops.”

“Kept informed of progress in development and delivery details. Slowly getting to understand the use of the computer but pleased with speed and quality of photos transferred from previous computer. At present I still need time to adjust to its use as I am in my 84th year.”

“The website was pretty easy to use and saved the configuration I added in. I had a query regarding the price and was helped on the telephone by someone who went out of their way to help me. We asked for a quick 5 day delivery and this occurred within the timescale promised. Follow up emails etc have all be very clear.”

“Able to use the website easy, with advice on a build popping up as you go. Pc came just in around 2 weeks. Looks good, and came safely, but the pc has had repeated issues since arriving. Pc specialist tech support have been quick to respond but still having issues. Hopefully a third reinstall of windows will help”

“Had been looking to get a new computer for a while and computer specialist was recommended by a friend. The website I found very easy to navigate. It was easy see what components were available and it updated the prices as I changed the components on build I was making. After I had placed my order I was kept updated as to what stage in the process it was at. I was impressed to how good the packaging was and couldn't be happier with my new PC”

“Brilliant service. The free jargon was very helpful as a starting point for configuring and choosing parts of the PC. I was updated at every step of the building and testing process, which was much appreciated. Delivery was rapid, easy to track and safely packed. Pc is fantastic, was easy to instal and runs brilliantly. I would definitely recommend and buy again.”

“Really excellent service. It took a while to arrive but I actually see that as a positive as they were clearly thorough. Also, the website telling me I only needed a cheaper PSU was incredibly appreciated and has ensured my loyalty in the future. The machine is exactly what I wanted and it was well packed with great instructions for installation. Will definitely buy again!”
