“Overall the PC I ordered and received was great. The games I want to run, work perfectly. However, it took longer than I expected before my PC was worked on, plus when I received my PC, it was still in the testing stage. I had to reinstall windows 11 in order to get it working properly. Once I had set up the operating system however, it worked perfectly. Its fast, quiet and stable.”

“My computer turned up and I had installed a new M.2 straight away and had a wacky issue where the drive showed up in bios and device manager but no where else, I had extremely good support from the tech team and was told the drive was dead, I trusted them got a replacement drive and straight away my new drive worked, the computer has been a big step up in gaming and 3d modelling for me and very happy that I chose PC Specialist for my build”

“I use PC Specialist as my only supplier of IT equipment and have done for many years now. Website is easy to use, whole ordering and delivery process is slick, and aft-sales support is responsive. Delivery is not quick though, so plan ahead. Good warranty options also.”

“Specs easy to configure on their website and a helpful forum of community members to critique your build. Only gripe is the time it takes (approx 15 days), but this is the 3rd time I have ordered from them so knew this before.”

“Package in pefect condition. I waited 15days to receive it, it was a bit longer than expected but the price was interesting and the computer is working perfectly well. The disk was not partitioned as requested but it's fine... I recommend. Thank you”

“Used these guys a good few times now. I tend to buy high spec and keep that PC for between 5 to 7 years. Every single time the comms have been great - and the PC's delivered perfectly and as expected. I find the website easy to use - logical - and very good at helping you align the correct parts for the build - it will alert you if something won't fit / isn't correct etc etc - including PSU usage v one chosen. Talking to the team as I had a few questions and request was a breeze - and the status of build is clearly visible. Highly recommend this company.”
