“I sort of knew what I wanted but the experts at PCS helped me decide. They were very helpful and made things clear. Having made the purchase online (which was also the best priced place I could find anywhere) they then kept me updated every step of the way. The delivery was speedy and very safe and secure. The product is great and would recommend to anyone no matter how low or high spec the laptop or PC need is.”

“The site is easy to use, price was good. Was updated on different stages of my order. Technically did put my windows on the wrong drive, but after speaking to the support line I decided to keep it as it is. Overall everything is ok so far. Had few crashed and games not running well, but after a lot of messing with the settings i think its all good now.”

“Overall good support service, however I was not quite happy with the performance of the product as I had to return the first laptop as it used to restart on its own quite frequently. PC Specialist did replace the laptop but the second laptop also has this problem and still dealing with this problem with the support team.”

“Good website, with an excellent variety of component options at a reasonable price. I had confidence in the brand as I had purchased previously. Both computers have been amazing with no issues. The only thing I would improve slightly would be the amount of time it takes for a computer to get dispatched. I had to pay £30 to speed this up. Once I have paid the extra for priority service, the computer entered configuration the same day. All in all excellent I will probably purchase from PC specialist again.”

“It took a while getting to me but they make no secret of that before you buy. PCS give you the choice to add top quality components to make the PC you would be making yourself. I’d love to have seen NZXT cases like we used to but aside from that the build is top notch and I’m very happy with it. Would recommend.”

“I was happy with the computer and it met all the specs that I asked for. My problems are not with PC Specialist but I should have ordered more fans and more memory which I didn't do to save money. The computer is great and I am enjoying it very much. DPD lost my package and it arrived a day late which caused me anxiety. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase”

“It's reassuring that the specification you select is verified. E.g., I initially chose a PSU with insufficient power and more fans than needed since the case I selected had integral fans. Build and delivery time felt quite long though: around 3 weeks. Also not impressed that the delivery driver felt fine about leaving a 2 grand PC on my doorstep and leaving with a knock, despite the specification to leave with a neighbour if necessary. Glad I was in.”

“I needed a new laptop after many years of my Sony Vaio not being overused being an elderly gent and retiring in March 2021 and my son having spent a fortune on his Desktop anyway recommending PC Specialist by him I went on the site picked out features looking towards the future sent the spec to him and clarifying my budget he disagreed with quite a few things but he being technologically of far greater knowledge than I tweaked a few things and came back with a far greater spec and being of a reasonable knowledge and understanding of his version and only a few pennies over my budget went ahead and very happy So nice to be able to lift up the screen and bang your there rather than lifting the lid and go and have breakfast before thinking if it’s ready Thanks to all the team John”

“I needed a very heavily-specced PC for work (and gaming)-- PC Specialist seemed like the best option for fully customised, high-end machines, and they certainly delivered. Excellent web page that allows the order's progress to be tracked, and any enquiries were answered swiftly. Very impressed with the PC when it arrived-- the build quality/cable management is excellent, and it performs very well with benchmarks/thermals. Furthermore, the pricing is very reasonable compared with the retail cost of the components. Highly recommended!”
