“I wanted a high end gaming PC for both gaming and 3D work for university. It was a big decision but ultimately went through with it in the end after getting in contact and asking several questions to the fantastic PC Specialist support chat and email on multiple occasions. My CPU was on preorder so it took some time before they could start to build my PC which is no fault of theirs. Once the CPU came in it went straight into building then testing and was dispatched in under a week! When I received my tracking information it was next day delivery with DPD so it was with me the literal next day. The PC was easy to set up, just plug in and I installed and set up everything to be as close to my old PC as possible. This only took a few hours of tweaking. This is my second PC from PCS and it runs amazingly! Definitely recommend, especially since the overall price of the PC came out cheaper than when trying to configure it by myself :)”

“Ordered a mid-range system for general home computing, home cinema and mid-level gaming. Configuration and ordering process was clear however it took slightly longer than usual to prepare and build the order. Although order status updates were not always forthcoming customer service were helpful and quick to respond when contacted. The delivery was really fast after dispatch and the computer was mostly straightforward to set up. The main issue (hence not 5 stars) is a lack of clarity around the onboard motherboard 5:1 surround sound setup - I assumed that there would be dedicated jack sockets for the rear and centre/sub spearkers. I had to contact PC Specialist and then do some online research to reconfigure the Mic and Line In sockets to output the surround sound. This required me to download additional software. The software and instructions on how to set this up should be included and there should be a warning that this is required when configuring the setup online before ordering.”

“The PC is great, perfect delivery and no hassle. I had to cancel an order a year ago, as I changed my mind on the purchase, and the money was refunded without any question. So it was good to go back and finally get a new PC from PC Specialist.”

“My last PC specialist computer they built for me in 2011 was still going strong but just could not cope with our recent full fibre broadband upgrade, so we bought again from PC specialist. A better spec PC at less than we paid 12 years ago.”

“Reasonable price considering they build and test the rig before dispatch, little bit of a long lead time considering he much you are paying for the service but comparable with others I suppose. DPD are atrocious but that's not their fault, but perhaps they could offer different courier options.”

“Happy with the laptop purchased a few weeks ago. PC Specialist kept me informed throughout the whole process from receiving my order to dispatching the item. Additionally delivered quickly and without any problems. My son recommended them to me and I will definitely recommended to others.”

“As someone who has no knowledge about pc building, PC Specialist were a great service for me because it took away the fears/concerns of handling expensive PC parts while allowing me to completely customise and hand pick parts (to an extent due to availability). In terms of price, I reckon there was at least a 20 - 25% price markup vs if I were to build it myself, but I'm happy to accept this when considering how quickly it was dispatched and again, eliminating the risk of me breaking/mishandling parts were I to do it myself. They were quick to process my order, kept me updated, and overall offered a great service.”

“Windows was installed weirdly and caused problems when trying to do a fresh install, the front headphone jack works for audio but not microphone. i have not yet fixed the issue but i will be in contact with someone at somepoint but overall amazing product would 100% purchase from pcspecalist again.”

“After a great deal of research I decided to order my next small form PC from PCSpecialist based on the excellent website, reviews and competitive cost. I must admit after placing the order and using their buy-now and begin paying in 12 months, I found the following few weeks going very slowly, viewing every day the progress of my build. I did receive timely emails updating me of progress and at times some which advised me that a delay could be possible due to high demand but everything went according to the original timetable. Once the PC was completed and tested it was despatched the next day and I received it within 24 hours. The PC works as expected and it still surprises me how something so small can be so powerful. The only issue I had to consider is the purchase of a docking station to allow more and varied ports. In conclusion I am very pleased with the way in which I could customise the build, the ease with which I could follow the build and the communication and can have no hesitation in recommending PCSpecialist.”

“I have used PC Specialist for years for my business and always been 100% happy, the latest order not so much... The production time was initially set up to 9 days, in the end it was over 3 weeks, this I can live with, although it was an over promise and under delivery. When it arrived a few weeks ago we have had issues with it, firstly the windows licence was not entered correctly and we have since spend considerable time trying to trouble shoot the issue, which begs the question, why was in not tested properly? Ryan who is helping trouble shoot is great, the response time is slow but I accept they are a big company with lots of pull on their time. Will I order again, truth be told, I just do not know right now...”

“I usually build my own, but due to a medical condition I decided to use PC Specialist. I would of only saved around £250 building it myself. I was worried at first, thinking there would not be able to do a better job than myself in terms of build quality and cable management. But I was presently surprised, went over it and could not fault one thing. Will deffo buy from you guys again.”

“Had a couple of issues at the start due to my aio having a air bubble due to shipping and that I couldn’t control my rgb through my motherboard but pc specialist rectified this asap witch was great! Amazing customer service the only thing I didn’t like is that when phoning about a issue or rma you get multiple emails from there employees instead of a single employee taking charge of the case and communicating with you personally but spoke to pc specialist and they allocated me someone who I can email about updates etc with the rma on my pc! Great customer service and the pc is running 100% now I would recommend and defo would buy again!”
