“Great to be able to buy a custom made PC, to match my unique requirements and budget. I got great help on the forum, the build and delivery were perfect. No complaints whatsoever! A bit confusing on the web site is that once you start down a certain path (say, "office pc") then some options are not available to you anymore - but nothing informs you that's the case. Thankfully someone told me about that on the forum! The forum is great 😃 Overall, I would definitely recommend PC Specialist for custom builds !”

“The online PC configuration tool was easy to follow. In particular I could see how different components altered the price. I did have one question, and the tech team (real people on the phone!!) were excellent.”

“PC Specialist have made buying a high end PC very straightforward. I used their custom PC building page to get the right components that I required, and when I phoned for some advice they couldn't have been any more helpful and gave some great advice. From order to delivery I was kept informed all along the process. Once setup I needed a bit of help again so phoned for some advice on software installation. Wow these guys know what they're doing. Easy to understand instructions for the help desk and now I have exactly what I needed. If your in the market for a high end PC for specific reasons or a high end gaming pc then you will not go wrong with a PC Specialist build.”

“PC specialist service was great however their delivery company DPD awful (they are normally good to be fair). DPD somehow managed to lose a 5K pc in their depot! Now I have to wait a number of days before PC specialist will build a new one. Not their fault I understand and up until the pc was given to DPD I would fully recommend them. Great comms throughout and really quick dispatch considering everything I ordered. Fingers crossed DPD don’t lose the second one they’re likely to have to build! Despite my issue with delivery I would still use them again as I’m sure this is isolated. Would have given 5 stars if not for the problem.”

“The guy I spoke to, Ronaldo I think his name was, knew what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about techy things, which I am not. He supported me to build my PC from scratch. Very good. He was very helpful.”

“This was technically the second PC we got from PC Specialist but the first we ordered directly from PCS rather than from another retailer. The website makes it easy to zero down to an exact configuration you want and gives lots of information on what will work in which case and with what components, even telling you if your power supply is underpowered or overpowered letting you get exactly what you want. PC turned up within their advised lead time, which they tell you when you place the order. You can also check the status of your order on the website and they give you a handy flowchart with plenty of information on what each stage means. Came well packed and protected, with foam inside the PC case to make sure that nothing shifts around during transit and a nice note telling you to remove it. Cables were nicely routed inside and all the spare cables, screws, manuals and little dohickeys from your motherboard and PSU put into a nice "welcome pack" box for you to do any changes that you might need later. Everything in the PC works well and the bank holiday was a good long weekend to really put it through its paces. I spoke to a person in technical support regarding some after sales support, nothing was actually wrong but I had a question about my order, they were awesome and helpful and kept me informed about delays while they checked things. I cannot fault their service at all.”

“Got my system after having to wait in line for the build due to my custom components. I was regularly updated via email on the progress of my wait which was reassuring. Only fly in the ointment was when DPD failed to deliver on the designated day and I had to wait 24 hours to get my pc”

“The website was clear and interactively helpful. The PC arrived when expected. The service team have all been amazing, clear and patient. I've spoken with four so far. Waiting in line on they phone, they are constantly updating on the queue length. It's been a few weeks now we haven't quite worked out what is wrong, but they have been superb in response. The replacement parts have come, if a little late, mainly because of trying to fit into my availability to receive them. Maybe by the time I've opened the box another couple of times they will be offering me a tech service job. - Well, probably not.”

“My pc came with no issues, it runs perfectly fine just as expected. Out of the websites i have looked at before buying my pc PCSpecialist was the cheapest. I don't see a reason to purchase from other websites when you get the same parts except they are more expensive. Highly recommend if you are buying your first pc or your 5th it is super easily to customize a pc with all the parts you want super straight forward, they even tell you things such as weather your power supply is not powerful enough for the parts you have selected making it very consumer friendly towards beginners looking to buy their first pc.”
