“I like being able to specify a few things that matter to me, like large solid state disc and no anti virus, and then just picking the default for everything else. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. I couldn't say whether thats reasonable or not.”

“Fair Price for what I got, around 5%-10% cheaper then other places I was looking. Got my first pc from PC Specialist 7 years ago and only problem is that it was falling behind in specs of current technology (old pc still works). Protective packaging 10/10 Cable management 10/10 (other companies would charge you extra for that) Communication between buyer and seller 10/10 again. Email on all stages or production to shipping, then an email from the courier on pick up. Took 15+ days to gather, build and test. Worth the wait. Courier decided to try deliver the PC on a weekend when I asked for weekday but was told they try again on a weekday for free. (This issue is not PC Specialist related but only the courier of the order.) Glad I came back to buy a new PC.”

“Customer service was great, I found the website easy as a first time buyer and not knowing much about PC’s in general and having to do research the fact that they tell you what works together and what’s best for what you need really helps!! The pc I got visually is amazing!! I love the look, everything is clean in terms of actual cleanliness and how the wires were organised. The setup was not too much trouble, but when I started up the pc applications were not working and it felt like windows was perhaps not installed properly… I had to get support from Microsoft themselves which was annoying as even though they ran through it with me & it was eventually fixed, I had to do a full reinstall of windows 11 and a lot of their fixes I could not do as the pc would not allow me to until after… that’s where it loses that star for me as that was very troubling… without that hiccup I would give this 5 stars!! I’d give it more if possible because I’m really enjoying it.”

“Easy to use with lots of options for personalising your PC. The form also guides you to make sure you're not buying incompatible or unnecessary parts. There are regular updates once the PC started getting built which was great, and once it was ready to be shipped it arrived quickly.”

“PC Specialist have been incredible, I usually build my own PC’s however recently simply haven’t had the time, the prebuild I got is fantastic, arrived on time, and was well priced for the specs. One thing that stood out to me was the packaging, the PC was packaged incredibly well, with lots of protection and padding to avoid damage in transit, I won’t name names but I bought another PC from another prebuild company and the packaging was abysmal with half the parts ending up being broken. I highly recommend PCSpecialist, professional throughout the entire process, the website is fantastic and intuitive too.”

“Very happy with the overall build value and quality. Only issues have been lack of Bluetooth and 5Ghz wifi capabilities, which I assumed would be standard in a modern pc and was not immediately clear were missing from the build customisation page. Similarly, I couldn't find any info on how noisy the fans would be, which many other brands display.”

“I ordered a new pc from them as mine was becoming out dated. Had the pc built to my specification with help from there web site. And through out the build and testing i was informed on a regular basis. On delivery it was very well packed with everything in good order. Hopefully i will get time over the Easter holiday to set it up.”

“The website was pretty easy to navigate, when building the pc using the pc builder, things like how much power wattage I really needed and compatibility was always taken into account, with it even suggesting a cheaper power supply to save me money as I had selected one that would be a bit overkill, the building process was also really clean, with me being updated and being able to see what was going on with it on the websites' tracker, I also really liked the sort of tree that tells you the different stages and how long they can take. When the PC arrived, delivery was handled by another delivery company, yet PCSpecialist still emailed me with every delivery update to make sure I was informed, I was also sent an email with some information that I needed to know (In my case it was to ensure I didn't plug display cables into my motherboard, it could vary or not be there for others), when it arrived, it was in very good packaging, with instruction manuals on what to do, the inside of the PC even had some light packaging in it to ensure PC parts were not harmed in transit, overall great service, wonderful PC, thanks to the guys at PC Specialist, will definitely be buying from here again for any future PC needs”

“After shopping around i found that i could get more for my money from PC Specialist. I configured and bought a custom desktop, the process from configuration to delivery was simple, there was always help available to guide or explain what needed to be done. I was informed of the progress of my order at every stage, when my PC was delivered, I could not be happier. I would recommend PCS, the service was outstanding and I received the Desktop I wanted at a cost that was unbeatable by all the other major companies I had looked at.”
