“Really good pc and great service. I liked how you get updates for every step taken while building the pc, delivery was actually pretty fast and the laptop was packaged well to guarantee a safe travel, the prices are good in my opinion for the value of the computers. Really glad I got my pc from here :)”

“Great bit of kit and is as quiet as a mouse despite ramping all game settings to max however the Bluetooth is sketchy at best and my Skullcandy headphone only work with Bluetooth if I lean down closer to the PC so I have to use a cable.”

“Since I ordered the product the website told me that the build lead time was 15 - 17 days but my friends that ordered from there before have said that it says that but it usually only takes 5 days before it gets to you. So with that my expectations were really high. That in mind after the first week I bought the pc it was still in processing, I thought it was a little odd because the money was taken from my bank and everything was confirmed and recognised. So I decided to call them up to see why it hasn't moved to the next stage and I got absolutely no communication back from them and all they said was when I bought the pc it said the lead time was 15-17 working days and said that it will be in building by the end of next week. So I waited and the end of next week came and got an update! It went into pre production... so I rang pc specialist up again and spoke to a different person they said the exact same thing as if it was on a script, they said it will be in building next week. So I waited a few days the following week as it was still in pre production, bare in mind this step is preparing the components ready for building. So this is the second week 14 days since I paid for it and its only in pre production at this point I was pretty annoyed considering what they told me on the phone multiple times. I rang them again amd they then made a different excuse saying that the website just re enabled premium build time so my pc has got delayed!! What a joke. At this point it was completely unacceptable and so I rang them again and said either give me an exact date that it will go into building or I will take my money elsewhere, as the main reason that I didn't build the pc myself is that I wasn't confident enough but at this point I really wished I had done it myself. Which then takes us into the third week coming up to the dead line they gave me and my pc finally went into building and then it went really smoothly and got was dispatched just after the 17th working day. It then arrived within 2 days which I was happy with and when I eventually opened up the box and set it up it worked just fine. That was until I turned it off in the night, I booted it back up the next morning and had an error on the motherboard. A white led light came on and my motherboard started beeping 1 long beep and 3 short, I googled it and its a problem with the gpu/ display. So I basically waited an entire month for my pc to arrive only for it to not be working 100% correctly. I wanted to write a review of this company and the experience I've had of it anyway but they have emailed me recently to get 3 months extra warranty for writing a review so hey may as well. Customer service was an absolute joke, I must have spoken to 5 or 6 different people and only 1 of those were useful in the fact that they actually gave me some good information. So I would rate customer service a 1 star out of 5. The price was really good if I'm honest, I got a 3060 gpu and an I5 13600 cpu with 16gb of ram and a pretty modern motherboard ddr4, a corsair 750w gold cooler master cpu cooler and a decent case which all came to £1244 which if I had built it myself would have came to the same roughly. So the price I would rate 5 stars out of 5. Delivery I would rate 5 stars out of 5 no complaints with packaging and delivery time. Return and refunds I havnt had to return it yet but I may have to soon if I can't sort out the issue with the gpu light turning on on the motherboard then I will have to. All in all I would rate the entire experience 3 and a half stars out of 5.”

“I ordered a brand new full system from PC Specialist. I was on pre order for my graphics card but was updated every five days for this which was very helpful. Once in production I had step by step updates after each process was complete. Once finished it was packaged and delivered extremely quickly and efficiently. My system looks absolutely fantastic, cable management is great and post support has been amazing for the small questions I have needed to ask. I usually build my own systems but the ease of picking the parts and the negligible price difference I would 100% choose PC Specialist again and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of system!”

“The website is super easy to navigate. Choosing the options for a build was simple and if anything wasn't compatible it informed me. Service was great. The PC runs fantastic. This is my third PC build from them and I couldn't be happier. Can wholly recommend PC Specialist.”

“Great service. Very simple and easy to use website. Good choice of components. The custom laptop build section was very straightforward, especially considering I am by no means an expert in this area. Good price. Once ordered I received regular email updates on the build. Custom laptop was received within around two weeks from date ordered. Overall great service and very happy with the final product.”

“Had some issues with another company, so decided to start from scratch. Shopped around and went with PC Specialist for my new custom build. Brilliant experience all round so far. The customised ordering process is simple, and the compatibility checker is very helpful. Build and delivery times were as stated, but still reasonably quick. Clear updates at each stage. I called with some questions and had a decent chat with someone who actually knew what they where talking about. The PC itself is a BEAST. Looks amazing, stays cool and quiet, plays all the best games on highest settings, and has made all my dreams come true in short. The repairs / warranty period is reassuring and I am looking forward to using the upgrade service (although I may not need it for a while) knowing that my parts / peripherals can be checked for compatibility and wont affect my warranty.”

“First class advice on building a gaming PC for my son, they thought of things I had forgotten and brought that to my attention and gave me options as to which one I went for , at no point was there any hard sell. They also hurried the postage for my so my 14 year old got a surprise so thank you PCS, I WILL BE BACK”

“Over the course of the last 10 years I have had two laptops and one desktop pc from PCSpecialist. Their website is easy to use as you can vary the spec to suit requirements and budget. I have had no problems with any of the pc's and PCSpecialist have been helpfull with advice via their online chat/support facility.”
