“They made a fantastic PC. The only issue is it took longer than expected. Email correspond was answered within 5 days also, and the staff I'd spoken to over the phone were very friendly. In their defence they did have a back log so had a lot of work to get through however this could have been made more clear. Overall a great service and I'd absolutely buy again.”

“The site was easy to navigate and great for informing me which parts were compatible with my build. I think you could perhaps improve it even more if you had some kind of image preview of what certain parts actually look like when assembled within the build, having options on adjusting the layout (E.g. Vertical / horizontal GPU mounts, numerous fans etc). I think something like this helps new customers like me gain a better understanding and visual sense of what they are ordering. My order arrived fast and safely on time. It was missing a kettle lead plug but technical support were prompt to help send one out to me. I also had some technical issues but after emailing technical support they were very kind and informative and helped me find a resolution. Overall though I am very happy with the service of the product and staff. Thank you!”

“Had some start up issues with my new gaming PC requiring a full windows reinstall, but the technical support was excellent, they remoted in and helped immediately when called. now its working like a dream. ive order with them since 2011 (my family also) and even though you hope things like this dont happen its reassuring you have this level of support at all times. will continue to buy from them in the future.”

“It was easy to specify a high spec laptop for 3D scanning. Ordering straight forward and it was easy to update the spec when some components on extended delivery. Build was within the time specified and delivery without a hitch. Laptop performs very well. Only slight glitch is I requested (and paid) for RAID setup on the two SSDs - but, apparently, W11 does not support this - would have liked to have discussed options before delivery and saved £9 (raid setup fee).”

“We needed to order an upgrade for an aging PC. There were lots of choices, easy to order, easy to keep track on the progress of the PC. Very well packed and quick delivery once the PC had been built. This was a birthday gift for my dad's 80th and he was over the moon. Will definitely come back time and time again for up grades.”

“Very happy with my custom spec laptop, PC Specialist were the first ones in the UK to offer a 13th gen Intel CPU paired with a 4060 in a customisable laptop. Their lead times and build are all good. I would have liked a manual with the laptop as some of the additional buttons on the laptop are not totally clear as to what they control.”
