“Basic built machine and monitor to play games I enjoy (Bannerlord, Total War) All arrived beautifully packed and easy to set up. Only issue is the build time stages seemed inordinately long, starting with a long delay post payment before the order was ready for production. Better explanations for what the hold up is rather than generic phrases. Otherwise I would rate 5*. Will definitely use again. Issue over delivery was sorted out by helpful online customer service team and set up queries where dealt with by the tech team. After sales seems to be on the ball.”

“I ordered by pc on a Monday and paid for fast track, by Friday morning it was in my house. Incredibly fast service! Also, the support was great as I was able to get help selecting my parts! Would highly recommend.”

“I’ve had a very positive experience and staff are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with my new PC and the ongoing tech support which I need. I’ve got more for my money, in choice, tech and Support, by going direct to PC Specialist. I had to wait 3 weeks but I didn’t mind.”

“Really good laptop product for gaming. Usually laptops have trouble with cooling, but the case and fans are really good. I can max out graphics on my games no problem”

“I opted for the 5 day dispatch and my PC arrived well within that timeframe with no damage or faults. Helpful emails that reminded which hdmi/display ports to use which is great for new/beginning enthusiasts and installing elements like the WiFi antenna. Everything went smooth and was fairly simple for someone inexperienced like myself.”

“The PC seems to be working fine, but there were a few minor issues on delivery. The case is cracked and a little bit of plastic broken off, the selected browser wasn't installed and Windows did not activate automatically. The damage is superficial, installing the browser didn't take long and the code for manual activation of Windows was on a sticker on the back of the computer, so none of these were huge problems, but it doesn't give the ideal impression of care and attention to detail.”

“I bought my gaming laptop a few weeks ago, only to have myself informed that the chassis I had selected was unavailable indefinitely. This should have been displayed on the website. The call handler happily changed the chassis, but I had to pay more for this as a down payment. They did however, offer me a discount on this extra down payment. The delivery method allowed me to select exactly when I wanted my delivery and because my neighbourhood is a selection of flats, I could have the courier call me before delivery. Windows 11 decided to corrupt itself upon installation and I luckily there was a solution. The team combined of Tom and an unknown call handler, were extremely helpful and understanding of my frustration, and the caller understood that I am mentally disabled and walked me through the entire process. After 2 hours, the system was up and running and I am now loving the quality of it and able to complete my game development and gaming goals. Fab product, very hard working team! :)”

“Decent machine, arrived in good condition, and set up good. A booklet came with the PC, which gave some reassurance, but not needed in the event. A handy reminder where to connect the monitor, if you have a Video card, as well as on board”

“Delivered within 5 days of purchase, computer runs perfect. Have had no issues after playing with it since I got it 10 days ago. Very happy with my purchase, second pc I have bought from pc specialist in the last 8 years and it won’t be the last!”

“Overall very happy. Docked one star as requested windows 10 pro but it came with windows 11. Quality of build great - really tidy with cables clipped back. PC works great. Would recommend to anyone and will be using them again for my next build!”
