I am very pleased with the services I received through the use of pcspecialist. The online configurator is very easy to use, there are various possible builds, the prices are very reasonable although gpu’s are a bit expensive but it is to be expected with the time we live in. The building process was very thorough and provided me with updates nearly daily once the computer had started being assembled. The online chat is also very helpful and easy to access. Overall i am very satisfied with the pcspecialist, they did their job and did it well, unfortunately I haven’t tested the computer yet but as soon as I can I’ll make sure to do so. Just from looking everything seems in place so thank you pcspecialist.

Arrived within 10 working days and it's been great. No issues so far and It looks so cool. Definitely will recommend PC specialist without any hesitation. What I liked: My favourite thing has to be the easy user experience as it was really easy for me to customize my PC and select the components accordingly. The support team on discord was extremely friendly and helpful as they recommended me the best components to go for my build. I wasn't well versed with hardware so after some reading and some YouTube video reviews and help from the discord server, I was able to pick out my components. As soon as the PC was built, the delivery came the very next day, so I was very pleased with the next day delivery system. A tracking number was also provided. The PC was well packed, there are no damages whatsoever. I can say they definitely went above and beyond when it comes to packaging, and I like how they have included extra cables and other accessories along with all the required manuals and their welcome manual. You also get email(s) that teaches you how to install your PC if you get a dedicated GPU and an internet card. (This was my first time getting a desktop computer so the small tips in the email such as where to plug the HDMI cord and where to fix the internet antennas were really useful and well explained) The 10 working days was equivalent to 15 actual days so I started to get a bit worried, but PC specialist kept me informed of the progress by sending me an email, and also updating the status on their website, so I had nothing to worry about. All the PC components were installed well with care and they all work, especially the RGB lights. The cable management is also very well done. What can be improved: I would like if they had more case options though, especially more black ones with good airflow. I was also looking for that AIO cooler with a screen on it so I can customize it but sadly it was unavailable, so more component options would be great as well. I was also a little bit disappointed when I was going to buy the PC because I had my eyes on a special power supply unit, but when I refreshed the page, that specific unit had disappeared, mere seconds before I was about to confirm my order. Not to worry though, I got an alternative power supply and it works well. Still, it would be nice if there was a "ONLY 3 MORE LEFT 🔥" sign next to components that were soon going to be out of stock. The website support team was helpful to an extent but it needs significant improvement. Once I asked a question about a case, as I wanted to know whether the front panel had a dust filter on it, and the support person said he will go and check on the case and come back. I waited an ENTIRE HOUR before he responded saying "so sorry", only to inform me that there weren't any dust filters on the front. I bought that case and, it actually does have dust filters on the front, so either he was lying, or he must have misunderstood my question, or he didn't actually go and check and was doing something else. It would be nice to have a custom manual printed for my specific PC instead of having a generic default one for everyone, so it would adhere to my specific build. While I am not essentially complaining as the manual IS indeed helpful, it still would be nice if the manual was also personalized. Conclusion: Despite the drawbacks, I got the PC in one piece and it works really well. I would reach out in their discord if your looking for help instead of their dedicated "live chat" though, especially regarding recommendations for components. 10/10, Will still definitely recommend.

Very impressed. After pricing up parts to build my own pc, I found that PC specialist was able to provide a similar system for a very reasonable price with only a small premium for building it for me! The online configurator was very easy to use and warns of any potential compatibles, and it provides a great amount of choice too. When my PC arrived it was exceptionally well packaged and is everything I could have hoped for. The cable management is extremely clean and far better presented than anything I could have done myself. I was helpfully kept up to date throughout my whole order process and even received some setup instructions which would be helpful for those a little less technically skilled.

Been testing build via the websites for a few months. I love the amount of builds you can put together. Recently had the funds available to order a build. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. As for the delivery it was great is was via DPD as I could track the order and know when it was going to be delivered. Really well packaged. Took the PC out and there was no rattling. Cable management was great and it was a lovely clean build. No issues on first boot up and I am now using the PC as my main machine. Great job.

Very easy to use website that provides plenty of information about the components available to use as part of the PC build, with a user friendly interface. Updates are provided regularly throughout the build and delivery. The price is reasonable considering the price of components and the service provided to build, test, and deliver the PC. As for the PC itself, it was built, tested, and delivered within the expected time-frame. The PC was well secured with shock absorbing packaging with the package arriving in good condition. I've had the PC around 3-4 weeks now, and it has run well. A few issues here and there as the settings are adjusted, updates are applied, drivers installed, etc. but these are to be expected. If you are running into any trouble PC Specialist are there to support you.

This is the 2nd PCS computer I have purchased. Ordered and delivered in 3-4 days, started it up and set UK location, language and keyboard, a day later it failed to 'recognise' my keyboard, this was after using the keyboard for the initial setup, after trying several USB sockets I found the one that it 'liked', for a while. Then I noticed the system time was out, a usual sign that the BIOS battery is failing, but this was a new machine, I later found out it had some how set itself to Canadian time. After ringing PCS I was asked to remove the BIOS battery and re-insert it but no change to the time, I couldn't log into Windows as the keyboard problem was back to enable me to get at the system control panels. I then found out you can get a virtual keyboard (ease of access) up at the login screen, use your mouse to enter a pin or password and get into Windows and that Windows sometimes turns on Sticky Keys, an ease of access feature that can cause problems and it did, all these problem disappeared after turning them off. I bought another keyboard, this worked fine for 2 days then the computer started beeping at start up, one long beep, a space then 3 short beeps and the computer wouldn't go any further on the start up, the internet 'said' that's showing a memory 'fail', but PCS advised me that it is a generic signal and could mean anything, so on request I removed the graphics card and re-inserted it, no change. I was using a 'new' Display Port cable (the graphics card has 3 DP and one HDMI outlet), no problems in the past, then on the verge of organising a return I decided to try a HDMI cable and hey presto the system started as normal ! I have always used Display Port rather than HDMI, after a couple of days I switched back to Display Port and the computer is fine BUT it still beeps at starting up, one long a space then 3 short beeps but on switching to the right cable source on the monitor the computer works as normal and has been so far.

I have used PC Specialist before for my main home computer so I already knew the variety and quality of their products. I needed a computer with specific requirements, so I emailed them explaining what I would need. Within 24 hours I had a basic spec and quote. I took a look and thought to myself... "Yes, whoever put this together does understand what I need". Me being me, I decided to use the basis of the quote and decided to spec up my version. It's amazing how easy it was. Once I completed the first attempt, I found that I was well within my budget, so added a few tweaks, added a fast track and placed the order. I was very impressed that within 3 days of ordering, my new PC was sitting under my desk and being used. With each stage of the process from build, testing and dispatch, I was updated. I can't recommend this company enough Thanks to all involved

An amazing variety of parts and components to choose from, where PC Specialist will let you know if any any parts you've chosen are incompatible so you don't mess up your specification. PC was delivered with no issues (maybe it took a few more days / a week longer than I expected), but really not complaining, and started working right away straight out of the box. The forums section on the site is also super helpful in terms of getting the best bang for your buck, and there's a lot of great and dedicated community members who help out building the PC, given the budget and use case. Very happy with my PC and the service, and will very much likely use PC Specialist again once I need an upgrade of some sort.

Got a gaming laptop for the grandson and loves it. Super Fast play & RGB options are his "buz" words. Very pleased that PC Specialist performs tech checks on the laptop before sending. All working as it should be, making our life relaxed. Received the package so well wrapped up that even if bounced it was by the delivery driver it would remain safe; thank you for such attention! From the ordering to the delivery they kept us informed, so perfect service. Spoke to Tech support briefly and got someone helpful and patient; overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Good build quality but poor customer service. Was promised the balance of thermal compound I paid extra for but this was later retracted and not sent. I asked some technical questions online which went unanswered. 6-8 working day shipping became 11 working days.

This is my third order with PC specialist and each time they have either reached or exceeded my expectations My latest build was with an RTX 4090 and an i9 13900k, and these are beasts and work great Only two issues with my most recent order, one is that my case is a Corsair 5000t rgb, and sadly the border led strips don’t light up, after checking with customer service from Pc specialist and Corsair seems this is just a faulty model, although seemed to work in testing And one further issue is my new PC seemed to overheat and switch off once although no repeat of this nor reason I can find it happened so may have fixed itself Overall Pc specialist are great and I would recommend them
