“Very happy with my new computer, I can configure hardware and O.S. installed. or if I want to install an O.S. at all. Now I have a very powerful GNU/Linux computer, and I did not pay for windows a licence.”

“I’ve gotten 2 pre-builds including a laptop for PC specialists now, one for me and I got my partner her first ever rig, their support and products are great quality and I’ve always felt like I’ve been supported with any issues without worry. They helped me with my first PCs drive issues instantly and I got a replacement within a week, couldn’t ask for better.”

“I've been using pcspecialist for years. Once used to love putting computers together, now ... it's just sooo much easier with pcspecialist. Highly recommend, it's quick easy to chose your setup. Takes a little while to get it, 1 to 2 weeks. Overall - really really happy”

“The website was easy to use and they were informative during the process. The pc runs extremely well and it is quite a significant upgrade from my previous pc. My only issue with the pc was on arrival, the GPU support had been over tightened, which meant the fan on the GPU was catching on the support. After an adjustment this was fixed, the case is slightly warped at the back due to the above issue but that doesn't bother me. Overall, great service and I will use them again in the future.”

“I have ordered a few custom built pcs from pc specialists now. I like being able to configure the spec to what I need. My most recent purchase was for work and I configured to to run cad software and tailored it for how we will use the machine. I like the build updates and pictures as its comign together. In the past I have had a few issues with my first pc when it arrived damaged but it was swiftly sorted and they were very helpful. This is what has driven me to come back for 3 more further systems after that. Prices seem competitive and a good choice of parts to choose from. I do like the odd offer with free games etc too on certain components. I would be using again when I am ready for my next build.”

“I needed a basic box to add some of my parts to it, packaging was excellant and the level of service is top class. Let me know at each stage of the process what was going on and a expected time for each stage. Overall im very happy, added my parts to the PC and its working as it should. Thanks PCS”

“I chose custom parts for a pc and when picking them it told me about any ones that would have compatibility issues such as extra fans not fitting in a case so i didnt pick the wrong options. It arrived in about 2 weeks with updates every step of the way along with pictures showing the pc before dispatch if there was any errors, the PC runs amazing and with good cable management, I cant really think of a negative thing that happened during the process or after the fact unless 2 week would be too long for you or if you dont want a pc specialist logo on your case and cooler neither of which bothered me personally. Would definetely recommend if you are like me and want to play games but dont want to build a pc.”

“High spec pc at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication throughout the process, including a 360 degree photo of the pc without sides so I could see it. Secure delivery with a PIN code needing to be given to the courier before it was released to me. I hadn’t heard of the company but my son had a recommended them as his computing teacher had said they are second to none. I didn’t need to contact customer service but have no doubt that if I had they’d have been very helpful. I liked that the system checked compatibility with everything - I had to change one component. That gave me pieces of mind that I’d got what I needed. The ‘free’ case is huge - totally my fault as I never checked the dimensions - so there’s less space under my desk than before! I will definitely use again and highly recommend.”
