“Excellent website interface. Smooth ordering process. Very easy to configure a PC to your own desired spec - and the process will tell you if it thinks you are over-specifying a component. Excellent communication from PC Specialist throughout the build; never any doubt about the status. Very responsive to questions / requests via the Support inbox. Important information about "musts" when booting the computer for the first time is sent in advance of delivery. Delivery via DPD also completed smoothly and to time. All in all an excellent buying experience all round. This is my second purchase from PC Specialist - the first was 12 years ago and it is still going strong! I would recommend PC Specialist to anyone looking for a PC.”

“Everything on the website was easy, from specifying requirements through to completing the order. Comms after this were clear and timely. There was a small delay to delivery owing to the availability of components, but nothing major. The laptop is fine and I've already had opportunity to push it to its limits.”

“Got my first PC from here and from beginning to end, everything was easy and straightforward. A lot of people recommended building your own PC but this wasn’t something i was comfortable with so having options like PC specialist meant that i could still choose my individual components without the worry and hassle of doing something wrong. “The process of choosing the components was very straightforward and the system indicated if something was not compatible or you may have duplicated something. If we needed assistance then this would have been available too. Quick, straightforward and swift delivery. My son love it. Thanks”

“This is my first PC from PC Specialist and I can now say - it won't be the last! I particularly like the 3D image they send you when they are building your PC. Only thing that could be improved is a photo of the PC top to show the USBs etc, but I'm really nit-picking there. The PC was built and sent to me very quickly, far quicker than I thought it would be. Now, I had some issues with the GPU in the first couple of weeks and spoke to Tom, then Peter in the after-sales team and went through some detailed trouble-shooting. It was suggested that I reseat the GPU, which I wasn't comfortable doing, so they had the PC collected and then replaced the GPU and quickly returned the PC to me. Unfortunately, on getting it back, the issue wasn't solved and after ringing and explaining the issue to Ryan from after-sales, he talked me through removing and reseating the GPU. He was aware that I wasn't comfortable reseating the GPU, but I must say that Ryan was an extremely good and patient teacher! Unfortunately, this didn't solve the issue and so a replacement GPU was sent out - which I got the next day - and I replaced it. Having replaced the GPU, I had an issue regarding a Windows bit locker code so, back on the blower and spoke to another Tom who talked me through the process of solving that issue. The PC is now working. I must just say that the after-sales Team have been truly OUTSTANDING! Nothing was too much trouble and to add to their woes I'm both a Pensioner and Luddite and each person I spoke to was knowledgeable, first class and exemplified the highest standards of customer service and all should be commended. In the past, I've bought my PCs locally - but no more and just to add that PC Specialist are faster than my local PC store on building and repairs too! Simply put, DON'T HESITATE buy from PC Specialist today!!”

“5 stars all around! My PC was built, tested and delivered in 6 days, way sooner then I expected. Everything looks lovely and neat and their website really made it easy for a first time PC owner like me to build a PC I was happy with, the site making tons of suggestions that saved me money. The setup was easy and it was well packaged”

“An excellent service. It was fun specking out the PC with their friendly web interface. After purchasing the PC, I decided to change a component the next day and expected to be charged an admin fee, but because they hadn't began the building phase, they actually refunded me the difference of the component instead! I also enjoyed the updates they sent me, keeping me updated on what phase it was in. It has now arrived in perfect condition. The next time I buy anything PC or Laptop related it will be from PC Specialist. Top interface. Top service. Quality components. Thank you and keep up the good work!”
