“The website is well laid out, user friendly, and optimised. I had no trouble finding whatever I was seeking. As for the ordering process, it was rigorous, as to ensure ease of mind for the customer during their order. Communication and updates were plentiful. The product is simply phenomenal. I believe (as do many well-informed/ opinionated people) that it is the best of it's class. Well built, tested, and delivered. PC Specialist live up to the name.”

“Did my first build incorrectly and instead of having to cancel and re order, they simply let me use the credit to do another and then refund the difference. I had my pc within 4 days of ordering and I'm very happy with it”

“This is the third PC I have ordered from PC Specialist. My experience this time was every bit as efficient and professional as before. The customer support with my order was excellent as I was guided through the options for each part of the new build. My machine was delivered as notified securely packaged and ready to go. I had questions which were answered both on the phone and by email and I would recommend PC Specialist to anyone looking for a purpose-built machine. My only annoyance is with Windows 11 which does not seem to let me have my own photo as desktop background and still use photo slideshow as a screensaver. Small beer in the overall scheme of things. Everything else works perfectly.”

“Excellent customer service, they were very patient when I had questions and misconceptions which they cleared up with no problem, perfect for first time buyers and PC came in spick and span with secure packaging. Very easy to plug in and get started 10/10 would recommend”

“PC Specialist's service has been great right from the start. Ordering on the website was very easy to use, I used the live chat about something and they were very helpful. The build process was very quick and the website used a step by step process to keep me informed on my PC building built. The PC was very well packaged too.”
