“The order process was extremely easy and the team were on top of everything throughout the build and after it was dispatched. I was a bit nervous having not upgraded for a while but they were a great help and made everything really simple, even going over and above by pre-wiring for installation of my existing hard drives.”

“I liked that order process was made easy and automatically checked for compatibility also the update of the progress of my build was a nice touch. The delivery was made within an hours timeslot and the packaging was excellent ensuring all arrived in perfect condition. Initial setup was also made easy by just following the onscreen prompts and the performance has exceeded my expectations so far. Very happy with my purchase”

“I've now bought 3 PCs from PC Specialist over the last 14 years because my experience when buying the 1st one was so good. The team are very friendly and fantastic to talk to. They really know their stuff, give great advice and, on this most recent occasion, saved me money on the choice of specification to best fit my computing needs. I love it that they are enthusiasts rather than salespeople and it shows through. I don't consider going anywhere else.”

“I was dubious. I'd had bad experiences with pcs built to order in the past. My son however was convinced, and persuaded me to try these out for his birthday present. He knew what he wanted, although I wasn't experienced enough to know if everything would be compatible. However we did some research and risked it. PCSpecialist had great comms, letting me know how the build was going even pictures and 3d views of the build. Great comms about finance options and delivery. Great stats about expected build times. All in all a great experience that has culminated with a very happy 15 year old, with a pc of the spec he desired and expected. Great job”

“Overall the PC is really well built and PC specialist respond to customer queries promptly. But the lead times on the site aren't accurate and you have to chase for any update mostly only getting vague answers that you can just get on the website. (When you are spending the amount of money people generally spend customer service I'd say is slightly more important than what you actually get) In conclusion the job they are paid to do which is building pcs they are very good at customer service not so much.”

“after I had received my quote, I decided to ring customer services to talk it through with someone, and they couldn't have been more helpful, asking what the main use of the pc would be, they then went through everything with me advising on some better options but not just getting me to spend more money. You are updated regularly with the progress of the build and the delivery process was ultra smooth”

“Great experience buying my desktop PC. I had a few queries about the spec and they were answered very quickly. The buying process was easy and it was easy to check on the progress of the order. I've had my PC for a couple weeks now and had one issue with MS Office which was quickly sorted out by their technical support team.”

“Amazing pc from PCspecialist, packed with alot of foam to ensure safe arrival, Customer support was top notch as well while I awaited my parcel. Honestly its a 11/10 business which you should absolutely consider, best prices, full customisation, 24/7 support etc etc”
