“I've used PC Specialist before for both desktop and laptop so no big surprises. The ordering process is good, I like the option to choose each component and there's validation to save you from any obvious pitfalls. Once in the system, after a couple of days queueing, there's plenty of emails to help track progress and the 360 view of the initial build is a nice touch. Although I'm up in Scotland the computer came very quickly with DPD, even though it's passed to a local delivery partner for final delivery. The PC was well packed, no damage. I was able to quickly resolve a couple of minor problems, the display on the AIO cooler could not be configured in iCUE and the GPU support bracket was loose, both possible transit related issues. Going into the case I was able to adjust the bracket and at the same time found a slightly loose cable on the cooler, both issues fixed in seconds. The motherboard, a Gigabyte, shows an odd status code of 08 most of the time, seemingly an unlisted code, when I was expecting A0. This doesn't seem to be a sign of any actual problem, the machine is running well and is much quicker than the one it replaces.”

“The entire process was really well communicated, from the customising itself it was clear to know what options were available and where amendments were needed. “The system took about 11 days to be built and shipped. I really appreciated the link to the 360 view of the system at the build stage. Once I received the system I was very impressed. The system was well packaged, had all the additional components, wires and screws, with some added stickers. There was no bloat on the system, with the only added software for fan and RGB contolls. The thing looks great and contains a very shiny graphics card. All in all couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the end product.”

“Sadly I paid extra money for the computer to be built with a quick turn around but the time frame was to short so this didn’t get done. BUT even still they managed to get it done faster than a normal built and refunded me the difference. They were kind and patient with all my emails and questions and helping me get specs together. The pc is here and set up and I am truly in love with it and very happy”

“This is my second PC bought from PC specialist, 1st was amazing never had any problems. This one has been frought with issues. Windows11 updates killing the PC almost every time. Fails to recover image, fails to install updates, fails to detect keyboard and mouse in windows. Support form PC specialist has been good though, just wish i didn't need it”

“I ordered an Elimina Series laptop and set up a dual boot with Windows 11 and Ubuntu. It works pretty well. The build quality is good, but I feel the sound could be better. The build and delivery time were within the expected range. Overall, I’m very happy 😊”
