"Selecting the parts for my PC was very easy and was promoted to swap items if they weren\u2019t compatible. I received a call, saying the external hard drive was out of stock and did apologise, they went through all the options going forwards and issued me a credit note.\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, I wasn\u2019t offered the opportunity to wait for the specific part to be back in stock, whilst I receive my PC early. Overall service was great, and had no bad interactions.\r\n\r\nDelivery was great, and was given a timeslot, which met expectations. I was recommended this company by a friend and would recommend to anyone else."

"I\u2019m reasonable happy with the whole process. The website was easy to use. Being able to customise the build to suit my needs and the components that were available was the main attraction. I wanted to add another SSD storage drive the day after placing my order online, but when I telephoned, I was told this wasn\u2019t possible even though the motherboard was able to accommodate this. \r\n\r\nThe on-line order system allowed me to order four HDD and a DVD drive, but there was only four power supply available on the motherboard, so I had to lose one HDD drive in order to keep the DVD drive. It was unfortunate that the online order system wasn\u2019t able to identify this. \r\n\r\nThe delivery process was fast, but unfortunately, the packaging arrived damaged. After a close inspection inside the PC case, I found that one of the HDD drive was loose and I had to tighten it myself. I assume it became loose during delivery. I ran a drive test afterwards to see if it was damaged in any way, but no errors were reported. \r\n\r\nI asked for my hard drives to be partitioned on my order form, but unfortunately this was missed when I first tested the system. I phoned for support and was shown how this can be done in Windows. My order also included a 4 port USB PCI-E card, which I am unable to use as the USB slots are positioned too close to the case and a USB cannot be inserted without hitting the PC case. It was unfortunate that this was not tested\/picked up during the build process. \r\n\r\nOverall, the PC was well put together. The assembly and testing process etc. was good. I was kept up to date with the build process. The quality and tidiness of the PC build was good. Despite the issues that I had, it is all up and running now, and I am reasonable pleased with it so far."

"I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing from PC Specialist, their builder interface is very intuitive and the build was extremely fast and they kept me updated at every stage of the build, I especially loved the 3D sneak peak of my pc being built. The pc itself is built very well and the cable management is top notch, everything runs cool temperature wise as well even under heavy loads. I Highly recommend buying from them! \r\n\r\nMy Specs: Fractal North, AMD Ryzen 9 9900X, ZOTAC 5080, 32GB 6000mhz CL30, 2TB SSD."

"The item OK in end so I just highlight the critical issues as these are things that could be improved:\r\n\r\n1) out of stock processor - they told be I had to pay for upgrade, I think this is wrong if you got a quote (as it only valid for 4 days). PCS should honour upgrades themselves, they only gave me \u00a310 discount\r\n\r\n2) they supplied me with a EU Kettle power lead for UK machine, meaning I couldn't switch on for 2 days\r\n\r\n3) I paid extra for higher spec thermal paste - I cannot confirm whether they done this or not (I now question this due to 2) above) - I would like a itemised check list of all actions during build and also perhaps a photo of the thermal paste used.\r\n\r\n4) DPD delivery - two issues the box had a dent\/ hole in box - luckily no damage - but you MUST take extreme care with computers. Also please contact delivery person before attempting delivery because you chose to attempt on Sunday and I was going to go out. but the computer were already in delivery van - I don't want to risk the rest of day in van plus second trip on following day. So I decided it best to stay at home :-(. Poor show for DPD. 1 out of 5 stars for them."
