“Great experience from beginning to thus far. Second time purchasing a custom system, even easier than 10 years ago to select parts (more component information provided, better UI feedback to possible incompatibilities). Delivered within the estimated time frame. My case had two full glass panels in it and it all arrived intact, everything was professionally packed for a safe courier journey. Experienced one hiccup within a week of Tower operation (chassis fans somehow locked to constant max fan speed) but their fast tech support by email provided several possible solutions, the first of which worked for me. Very pleased with their product and service, would highly recommend, and their pricing seems quite fair!”

“This is my second purchase from PC Specialist and once again, I was delighted with the whole experience. The ordering process was a breeze. I kept going back to my specification to tweak this and that and it was so easy. I was particularly impressed by being notified when I specified two components that were incompatible with each other. Ordering the PC was also simple and it was delivered on time, safely and well-packaged. As for the PC itself, I am very happy with it. I ordered it in order to finally go over to Windows 11 and to future proof myself beyond this. It is faster than anything else I have used, there are plenty of USB slots and I am impressed with the 2TB SSD. The AMD Ryzen 5 5600T is perfect. I asked for a wi-fi card to be installed and it connects to my router seamlessly. Finally, setting it up from out of the box was so straightforward. PC Specialist are so professional, not only in their PC building prowess, but the way they allow for getting it up and running almost immediately. Thank you - it has been a pleasure.”

“PC specialist smashed it. Made the process of getting a custom built PC so so easy. The interface when designing it made picking the right components easy as it showed what worked together and what didn’t. Also I payed for the 1 day dispatch and it arrived within 3 days (I ordered on a Friday). Not to mention the cable management is immaculate, it’s so clean and tidy, all I had to do was unpackage and turn it on and it was ready to set up. Also the step by step updates and the 360 image of the built PC was a lovely touch. Honestly 10/10 service. The only thing I was mildly unhappy with was the fact that I ordered a mechanical keyboard with it, which clearly said it came with linear red switches. The one that I ended up getting came with tactile brown switches, which I’m now fairly comfortable with, but I would have preferred the reds. But that’s a minor really, overall I’m really really happy.”

“Hello, I will share with you my honest and real experience with PCS so you can judge yourself if conduct business with them. I bought a top notch laptop in late 2021 (Order N°: 2251024) for about 2000 EUR and my experience with the company has been unsettling. Here's a chronological list of the issues and repairs I’ve faced: 18.10.2022: The motherboard and Nvidia 3070 GPU died due to a sudden short circuit. The keyboard was also replaced because several keys had become unreadable through normal use. 23.12.2022: 2months after the above repair, I had a Fans software issue: fans were not ramp up the speed in performance environment, that ultimately resulted in the system sudden shutting down. Repair time: one month. 16.11.2023: Windows not loading and AGAIN keyboard replacment due to keys not readable after normal usage. Repair time: one month. 29.12.2023: Immediately after receiving the laptop back, it still wouldn’t boot. It turned out the 1TB SSD was short-circuited. Shockingly, the repair team hadn’t even tested if the system could start before sending it back. They finally replaced the SSD and got it working again. Repair time: one month. Today (27.06.2025): the motherboard and GPU have short-circuited again. The system is completely non-functional. My warranty has just expired, and PCS is asking for 1000 EUR for the motherboard replacement, plus 100 EUR for delivery. After multiple major hardware failures and long repair times, I’ve lost confidence in the product and the service. There is no guarantee this won’t happen again and frankly. I feel abandoned by PCS, especially given the lack of accountability or goodwill after so many issues. Judge yourself. Andrea”

“The PC arrived and was easy to setup. I am happy with the performance and it was a significant upgrade from what I had. All the games I play now I get the maximum performance. PC specialist did a fantastic job with his build and the value was better than most retailers. Highly recommend.”

“Very happy with my new PC the only thing that let it down a bit and hence the 4 stars was that the cables for me to connect my graphics card where to short and made the turn to connect them to be very tight so I had to undo the lovely cable management to slacked off the cable enough to make a softer turn to the graphics card. Other than that all 5 stars.”

“Well fair play the whole experience was outstanding. Very easy to use website that even tells you if your hardware will have compatibility issues, excellent service that answered basically every question I could think of without even having to ask. Got my PC very shortly after ordering and so far it’s worked flawlessly. Well worth the money.”

“I don’t usually write reviews for computer equipment but figuring that I spent nearly £5k on this one I thought I’d do this one. First up the price was great I couldn’t find anything even secondhand at this price. Website was easy to use The build process was excellent as they keep you up to date, send photos, etc and the delivery times were accurate. On receiving the kit all worked as expected. I haven’t had to use the returns process and hoping I don’t but highly recommended.”
