“Delivered ahead of schedule, quality build. I had a few issues getting it all set up for the first time and they spent an hour on the phone talking it all through. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use in the future.”

“They put together a pretty dam fine AMD 3800X3D 9700XT PC for me. I had a couple of requests for a few extras on the build which they accommodated without fuss and answered a couple of my silly questions after it was delivered. Pretty straight forward once you select a case to put everything together. Would buy again from them yes! Well hopefully I'll not need to for a while with that spec. Would I recommend them Yes!”

“Easy to configure PC to my requirements - especially no OS option as Linux user. Kept up to date on progress all through build, testing and delivery. Had for a couple of weeks now and everything good. Would certainly recommend.”

“Process was so easy, the website allowed me to select the desired components for my build from drop down menus in each section. Before confirming the order the website suggested some changes (power unit could have been changed for a lower priced alternative and still work for the current build etc). After the order was placed the website had regular and clear updates to show the status of the build (including images of the PC without the case on when all components had been installed in the case). Dispatched quickly and recieved within a week of ordering. Great process highly recommended.”

“Pc specialist kept me updated every step of the pc building process. It was delivered when stated and in a secure package. Cable management was very neat and they'd left me space to place my own graphics card as requested. A great service overall, easy to build your own pc, it was very useful that they would tell you if certain components were compatible etc.”

“The pc i have purchased is very well built, and the service was good. Not as fast I would have liked. If I'd have known at the point of ordering it was going to be a smidge over 2 weeks, I'd have paid a little extra for the faster turnaround offer. Running the configurator to select parts was really slick and easy, the order process was also simple, apart from parting with the money. Communication was good, although the first update stayed the same for a week ish. Once it was being built the updates were good. Especially the email containing the pictures of it assembled pre testing. Delivery was fast once I'd had the despatch notification. Once I received it setup was easy and the PC is working well. On the whole a very positive process I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone spending a fair amount of money on a high end PC. I also opted for the 3 yr full collect & return warranty, working on the fact that I expect this computer to last beyond that without me doing anything to it. The PC doesn't even get warm when putting it under full load and all the parts used appear to be of high quality.”

“Ordered a PC through PC specialist and it was delivered in a timely manner with everything as requested in the order. I was also updated throughout the whole process so i knew the progress of my order. Been using the PC for past few weeks and have experienced no issues.
